  1. It may have been a problem getting someone to only do a few meetings knowing you will be replaced and it really does not matter who it is.
  2. There seem to be a lot of challengers for the play offs and so there should be some cracking meetings especially at Belle Vue.
  3. And why they see it a problem I have no idea. Track conditions are the same for both teams and as they have had many previous meetings at lunchtime they should be able use it to their advantage.
  4. Only if they are stricken with injuries again. If Rowe can improve a little he could be a match winner for Sheffield and make them strong challengers.
  5. I wondered how long it would take for the jokes on his name. There are usually strong gusts at the NA.
  6. Oh yes forgot that so my original point was they let him go and then did not build the team to the limit.
  7. True but surely the club they are riding for should have first refusal so maybe Harris decided he did not want to ride for Oxford anymore.
  8. Oxford keep making mistakes, last they dropped Klindt and why have they let Harris go to Kings Lynn?
  9. Can you really see Bewley signing for anyone else. I cant see how Birmingham would be so naive as to think he would sign for them.
  10. Good signing, up and coming young rider. Oxford must be a couple of points under the limit but good to see some new riders in this country.
  11. Trigger was also a character in only fools and horses.
  12. Yes I agree, I would expect improvement and he is a good signing and maybe being well under the points limit will help if they have problems later in the season, personally if I was a Birmingham fan I would prefer my team built to the limit.
  13. Vuolas was always likely to be available having been dumped by Belle Vue but I am surprised he has ended up at Birmingham, like the previous season when Tom was picked up by Birmingham having been dumped by Belle Vue.
  14. I would say given the points available it is a disappointing signing but I imagine the last signing for Oxford will be disappointing too.
  15. He isn't good enough for the Premiership.
  16. A lot of riders do that but I would not say Zagar does particularly.
  17. And Klindt will be nigh unbeatable at Plymouth too.
  18. Is he still a better rider at 41? Klindt is younger.
  19. Zagar has an existing average of 7.20 anyway so don't see why the need for re-assessment, other riders have come back like Tai did on his previous average, I don't think it will be re-assessed.
  20. Don't think it is, looks a good team that will challenge.
  21. I doubt it will, I am sure Birmingham are more than happy with 6.52!
