  1. I dont think Ben and Zach need any help engine wise, they have both been fantastic with their own engine's. Lawson should be better on his home track, hopefully he wont have the issues like he had against Scunthorpe last season. Brennan was very poor at Oxford, he should be better after some rest.
  2. I think it is a big lead, we need to hit them hard from the start, Oxford's top two are both terrific at Poole so it wont be easy and I expect it will be very close. It is clear both teams have issues at the lower end but with Killeen Oxford have a reserve who can win any race, he is the key rider in my opinion.
  3. With the current forecast I can't see the track will be wet, we are meant to have some heavy rain later today but the track has all day to dry and with the current temperatures and a drying wind it should be fine.
  4. well most would be limping after a heavy knock and probably was feeling a bit second hand but as long as he didn't pick up an injury I am sure he will be fine come Wednesday, these Aussies are pretty tough. I am surprised Ben Cook is riding so well after his awful crash. you would think it would of slowed him down a bit!
  5. Just because Killeen had a crash doesn't mean he isn't fully fit for Wednesday unless you know he was injured. Vinnie had two crashes and already had a damaged thumb from Saturday.
  6. Heeps is usually poor at Poole, Boughen usually very good but struggling at the moment, Gilkes is usually not too good but he is in good firm. Thought Jody Scott rode quite well at Oxford for little reward and was 3rd in the U19 meeting.
  7. We couldnt handle him Saturday but Wednesday is a different day and hopefully Lawson will be on fire. Brennan wasnt great either but with a couple of days rest he should be better. Killeen is a worry because he is in great form and not sure we have a reserve who can compete with him.
  8. He may be overly pessimistic at times but he does have a point and 12 points is a very good lead, we couldnt overturn a 14 point lead last season could we! Oh wow, that will help, I really like him and believe he has a lot of potential, lets hope he can bring that form on Wednesday
  9. He scored paid 11 in the last meeting from 5 rides,he was clearly off form at the start of the season. He isnt unbeatable but he is in top form currently and usually rides the Poole track extremely well.
  10. Yes true, probably took on too much with riding for Leicester as well.
  11. Oxfords answer to Sam Hagon who has also been poor for quite a while.
  12. No he has been poor for a while, didnt ride in under 19 meeting at Oxford due to hand injury it was reported.
  13. It is still quite warm for the time of year so should dry fairly quickly.
  14. I hope he does ride, if he doesnt ride it will make Oxford stronger.
  15. He may not have said it about a Poole rider but any other team I think he would have made that comment. It was just a flippant remark.
  16. Yes that is what we are hoping and hopefully the manager forgets to take him out of heat 12!
  17. You would not be getting this much stick if he wasnt an Oxford rider.
  18. Well it is clear heat 12 was a massive mistake by Peter Schroek . If Middlo did that he would be castigated and rightly so. We all were pretty amazed but grateful.
