He knew that was always going to happen. I hope he does well.
-
Yes I would agree, options probably limited, I wouldn't have signed Fraser. No idea who I would have got instead. Lewis did well in the play offs so maybe that tilted the balance in his favour.
-
Who are these pilots? Zach will be doing a lot of flying next season.
-
We failed to win the treble, I think that is what he means.
-
Yes your probably right, maybe a late developer, he impressed me when he rode for Poole, almost to the point where I would not have been disappointed if he had stayed.
-
Fancy missing out on Dayle Wood!! Oxford were too quick for you!
-
You would have thought it is a bit late for Dayle Wood to kick on! He has been riding a while now and still a low 2 pointer. Ritchings on the other hand is a good signing in my opinion who could improve and put a point on his average.
-
Surprised they didnt leave Zach until last but fantastic to have him back, there is nobody better on his average, absolutely delighted.
-
I have a feeling cooper Rushen will be announced tonight, leaving the Zach announcement to a bit nearer Christmas day.
-
In fairness he is probably worth his average, it seems low for his ability but like Lewis Kerr had some bad meetings for whatever reason. I really like your new number one, rode very well when guesting for Poole at Glasgow, I am sure he will be an excellent signing. It has been said many times about Troy's temperament even going back to his Kings Lynn days, he has never ridden for Kings Lynn since but he is a good rider when he is in the mood.
-
Phew!!
-
Upset who? Never heard of these pilots, Ryanair?
-
He rode well for Poole, not going to get much with the points you have left.
-
Anders has gone to Oxford for the dough.
-
Why isn't he at Oxford then?
-
The key for Glasgow is their new riders, Hausl not sure about but Pedersen looks a very good addition who could do a Nagel and increase his average by 2 points also Sam Hagon is better than his current average. They also have a edge over Poole in the heat leader department, Flint seems to be improving which could be a big plus for them.
-
Yes looks a strong team, not much left for the reserves though but the top 5 should ensure they will be title contenders. The key maybe Anders Rowe who had a good season but seemed to taper off a bit towards the end but I seem to recall he had some good meetings at Oxford, good luck to him, nice guy.

SGB Championship 2026 Confirmed Signings
foreverblue replied to Paddy The Rebel's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Luke Killeen and Mitch Mcdiarmid signed by Oxford. -
Not sure about that Glasgow could have two riders that could increase their starting average massively especially Pedersen and Sam Hagon is better than his current average, had some very good rides at Poole not that long ago and Hodder also did well last season I thought.
-
Yes that is true but when it comes to the play offs Zach outperformed Kyle so Howarth was more consistent over the season, he did have one of his best seasons.
-
Glasgow have to be favourites. It remains to be seen how Bowes will fare, personally I have my doubts about him.
-
Not sure any Poole fans have called anyone else names, quite the reverse.
-
What a relief that is, I won't don't worry. It is offensive to ask and I am the idiot who knows how to look up a rider's average!
-
How rude to suggest I suffer from mental illness just because I said you should be able to find riders averages very easily.
-
He is definitely not new to the sport and he is constantly slagging Poole off although that is not unusual on this forum! He has also been on the 2026 confirmed signings page where all the averages of signed riders can be found.
