  1. I don't mind him being a bad loser, he is one of the best riders in our league and expects to win, when he doesn't he finds it very frustrating. You have Scotty Nicholls another rider who hates losing, he may not be young but he still expects to win most races.
  2. Yes I was there and I was very disappointed in his attitude too but that is his character, Drew gets down on himself when it does not go his way and often retires when last. Lawson usually wins most races, he is a different level to Kemp and he will be back.
  3. Yes he did but since the injury has not been so good and Zach has taken over as the second best rider and should have been moved to 5.
  4. Zach was riding superbly at the end of the season and he rode well with Rich, I understand not breaking up the partnership but I don't see why Lewi could not ride with Anders, surely worth trying in some fixtures that were not so important. Anders is just not as good as Zach, he may have a higher average but that was due was due to Zach having a few off nights earlier in the season.
  5. Rich does not need to reproach himself he has had a great season, just a slightly below par night, not just him but quite a few riders were below par for whatever reason,he knew he had to win heat 13 but it went wrong. Great news about Toby, he looked in a lot of pain. I have thought for quite a while now why is Zach protected riding at 4, he should ride at 5, surely your second best rider needs to ride at 5.
  6. Redcar have been great all season really, if they had had a fully fit Riss they may have had a good chance of all the trophies. Jody Scott had a great night, he was superb. Gavin Parr seems a really nice guy and Redcar fully deserved it
  7. Yes great news and he said he was more upset about not finishing the race, always 100 per cent from Toby win or lose. He said he had neck pain which is why he was put on a stretcher.Would love him back but not possible with Danish fixtures next season.
  8. Yes definitely top performer, he was superb, nearly crashed and still almost beat Kerr. Very pleased for him, seems a nice lad who is going places, great to watch him attack the track. Not a great night for us but Redcar deserved it, they were all up for it and rode well.
  9. Harris was trying to help Howarth get in to the points, I think he would have won the race if it was not a super heat.
  10. I would imagine because Flint was not available because of his average being very marginally too high they thought r/r was the best alternative and considering Danny King can take a ride who is no slouch at Wimborne Road I think its the best option.
  11. When you are not a good gater you have to pass or you do not win races. When you gate like Lawson it is much easier and passing becomes less necessary. To become a top rider you need to gate well, it is partly why Harris struggled at gp level.
  12. Au Contraire Lisa, he would rather Poole lose than Ipswich win and slags off our track at every opportunity. He said recently he didn't care who won in the final!! He cares passionately that we lose. Really strange individual.
  13. Yes I am hopeful I can make it with the help of a very understanding wife!!
  14. It will still be a massive crowd as it is a final even on a Friday.
  15. Not sure they wont be better off with r/r Jake is notoriously poor at Poole and Flint only got 5 at Redcar against Poole plus ex Pirate Danny King gets an extra ride.
  16. I am sure Middlo can accommodate him or any rider that is Poole bound.
  17. Well it does look like Gavan got the desired reaction, he can't help himself slag off Poole at every opportunity.
