  1. Facetious? Lopsided again? Nobody said that last year when we could probably should have lost to Glasgow or got beat by Redcar in the BSN final.
  2. So you want a rule just to stop Poole winning! The riders wanted to come to Poole and the fans are grateful that we can see two up and coming stars every week. Another team could have signed them but they didn't.
  3. That is why I said not quite, I would imagine Cooper's average will be above Will's by the end of the season and both will be in the main body of the team so points will be harder to come by and Cairns average was nearly 4 by the end of last season.
  4. Yes true and the majority went home happy, always good to beat Glasgow however poor they are at the moment. Luke Harrison was not a terrible guest, Flint did ok and Harris was good but overall not a good team, they will have to get Mario on his bike he uses abroad.
  5. Not quite, Cairns will not add 4 points to his starting average. It was always going to be vital to keep Kerr, far more reliable than Rowe, Newman is much better than expected, could or maybe should have kept Gilkes for Bowes but the jury is still out on that one.
  6. There are a few holes in that argument!!!
  7. Eddie Kennett who saw that coming, still hope he does well enough to silence the doubters!!
  8. If you knew your speedway history, getting beaten every week usually means a drop off in attendance. Winning at home is vital for attendances. You don't have to thump them just win and win on aggregate if you can.
  9. I am sure Scunthorpe could have strengthened without going bankrupt.
  10. Maybe they should have tried harder, success would mean more gate money
  11. They may not finish bottom but that does not mean they should not have taken the opportunity to strengthen the team assuming there were riders available and willing to ride for Scunthorpe.
  12. Disagree with that, we have no need for Bailey and Kyle will stay whatever his average goes up to
  13. Premiership racing on Monday, no premiership tracks race Sunday, rare a Championship track does either, so that leaves Saturday which only really Workington race on and occasionally Berwick . So really you are only moaning about your own club.
  14. Not sure its because of slick tracks, bomber can ride any track, he hasnt got the speed this season, it is machinery in my opinion. Someone said earlier Mario would be better on slick tracks so the tracks are not slick enough for Hausl but too slick for Harris!!!
  15. Pedersen has done fine in my opinion, got 7 from 4 rides last night at an away track, he isn't a Nagel but he has done ok. Mario should be better but his problem maybe mechanical and his equipment when riding for his country is obviously a lot better.
  16. Yes agree but he is doing it in both leagues so personally I think he isnt doing it on purpose, maybe mechanical.
  17. So we built the best team again!! Who would have thought we could do that! If Mario had the equipment he used in son2 he should be filling his boots at reserve. They would have won at Scunny with a normal performance from bomber. Bomber has not been his usual self this season.
  18. Not sure about that Newman's average is not much below Bowes and Rushen won't be at reserve much longer, the way Cairns is going he could be above Bowes too soon so maybe by end of June Bowes could well be at reserve, as you say not sure it matters that much as we should be able to get a reasonable guest on Bowes current average.
  19. The way Glasgow are going lately, it wont matter what the track is like, we will still win. Probably the rider best suited to how the track was is bomber but it wont be like that next week.
  20. Surely they can wait and get Robert Lambert for the play offs!
  21. The way the rest of the team are going, Fraser will be at reserve soon so r/r won't work. I would think we need a temporary replacement, no idea who though.
  22. Oh that is not good, for him or us as a team. Hopefully he will be better sooner than we fear.
  23. No need to say that, its a broken femur. How can that be career ending, ridiculous thing to say.
  24. Sad news for Dan, gutted for him. Bad news for speedway fans everywhere who love seeing him race as much as I do.
