  1. Well the league structure is known for 2026 then. Pickering has sign for Scunthorpe as their number 1 Just remains to be seen what the full regs are & which teams are in what division.
  2. I’d suggest it is if you are relying on parents to drive you to your home meetings.
  3. Cooper & the team around him seem very level headed. I think everyone would love to see Cooper become a Witch. However I think if Coopers team decides it’s too early then he’ll give it a miss. If he is picked he doesn’t have to accept the rs position. Louis could well be one of those who is advising him who knows.
  4. Sometimes it depends who the youngster has around them. At Ipswich having Louis, Doyle possibly Emil around him would certainly give Cooper the best start.
  5. I actually thought it threw up some interesting racing. Again it looks better being there to see it live rather than on tv. The control some of those lads had for their experience level was superb. Especially as it’s the first time most of them had riden Foxhall competitively. Thir attitude & willingness to attack the track certainly shows up some of the pro riders attitude.
  6. It says they are pulling the plug on the the clubs top flight operation the spires. That leaves the way open for the cheetahs to be top flight. All that statement means is that they are only running 2 not 3 teams next year.
  7. If the league structure & the rules stay the same, then I guess the decision will be based on what Emil wants to do. If he wants to come back Jason & Emil as the spearhead meaning being weaker lower down. If he doesn’t want to return then he could possibly be the only change.

  9. Spot on I think. Doyle, Brennan definite from this year alongside Rew. I still hope a deal can be done with Emil
  10. Doyle said at the beginning of the season that he had agreed with Louis to hold it next year. He wanted to focus on the GPs I believe the question was asked by a supporter at the media day in Oxford.
  11. Crazy to run it the day after the premiership final. King & Edwards both had energy sapping evenings & a late finish on the heath,
  12. Emil Said the same, when he signed for Ipswich as did Gollob before. Plenty of times that has happened.
  13. It was great to hear Louis & Hawkins on the radio yesterday morning. Talking already about building a team to keep on winning. 2025 was great season, winning on the track & enjoying some banter on here & on the terraces, winding the opposition up. It’s all part of the fun looking forward to 26 already
  14. That’s is true, currently I would say it’s not a definite no go but I get the feeling it might be.
  15. I was thinking more that the quotes of the best speedway podium ever & best meeting he has seen for ages.
  16. Take a few pictures of the Ipswich crowd on Thursday to the next council meeting. That proves that speedway does still have a following & isn’t dead.
  17. I’m not sure the work visa would be the issue as far as Emil is concerned. I think it’s more to do with if Emil wants to do it again and/or Torun position on it.

  19. After taking time to reflect on last night. Two meetings this week involving two great sides who ride each others home circuits as well as their own. A great crowd at Leicester on Monday & a massive one last night at Ipswich. No idea on the figure but easily the best I have possibly ever seen on the heath. For me personally as an Ipswich fan the right result. Well done to all the lads & to Kenyan for covering Adam so well. Even if your not involved all season you are still a witch & it was great to see Rew lay it on the line at times. That shows the regard these boys hold he club once they have riden for us. Well done to Leicester for making it a cracking night, your fans are superb had some great conversation with them. A great advert for the sport & hopefully gives everyone a shot in the arm & reminds them what this sport could be. For Emil it must have felt like riding at Torun with pack stands! Hopefully it’s not the last we have seen of Emil but I have a hunch that that chapter may have come to a fitting conclusion.
  20. You can’t. The loop hole was closed to riders who don’t ride in the uk for the rest of the season. Rew had been riding all season for Birmingham so can guest as per the uk regs.
  21. I’m not so sure it’s game over quite yet. Ipswich need to fully focus over the first 6 heats on Thursday. Leicester do go well at Foxhall. It’s only a 1-5 from being square.
  22. Kemp is a real talent & I fully expected him to have a brilliant career. I think most Ipswich fans had hoped he would become another Louis, world class & dedicated to Ipswich. However there have been rumours that Louis wasn’t happy with Kemps attitude. When you see him pulling up at the back you can understand why.
