Don't understand the Workington lineup also. Howarth has been struggling for a while now yet they put the lad at 5 and leave Wells at the easier number 2.

Sad to see a rider walk away from a club but surely when sorting his contract out with the club he should have worked out cost before agreeing? and yes you dont look for costly engine failures but must know going to have to spend money during the season. Another thing Anders said about the cost of flights? i always thought the club paid for them?

After reading his comments it kinda backs up the rumours some Glasgow riders not getting paid on time.

Read how good the track was last week but the track prep today is poor! Go round and round with the wonder wheel drying the track out even more then what little water there is put on the track by time it takes to get next race started the track has already dried out and back to same old clouds of dust!

As much as it's good to see more premier league on sky the downside is it will be a normal Berwick gate and go meeting with riders spread out the length of the straight. Edinburgh away from home was always going to happen with the form they are in but why not somewhere like Somerset like last season Team with the best gaters on the night will win like any other Berwick home meeting. Which is sad for the fans

Not to bad a meeting and as said before not much passing all meeting but riders all close. Why was the track so dry and dusty? There wasnt any rain forecast was there?

With the fixture backlog for Glasgow interesting comments on facebook from George Barclay saying double headers are a no go but riding a Sunday/Monday night will happen. Would have thought double headers would cost less than running on two seperate nights? He also says if only they had floodlights. I thought Glasgow bought floodlights for when then wanted Friday night speedway?
