I think it was clear to see he didnt want to be here but that was then and like you say he is a very talented rider. If he does sign he is another rider who should be good away and no one can accuse Cook of putting a team together of home track specialists.
Agree with you on that one, he was useless when we had him and did well to complete four laps then turned up with Poole for the first time and looked unbeatable.
Hes started team building very well dont think anyone can doubt that but you wont hear from his bashers yet Waco they find it impossible to say anything about him or the team when any praise is due but I am sure they will be back if a signing is announced that nobody likes
I would like to see us sign Bridger, Newman and Zach. Not sure how much that would leave us but a team of Morris, Lawson, Bridger, Newman, Zach and Morley would really excite me.
Would love to sign a rider like Newman, real racer and doesnt give up. If we do have Kennett, Lawson, Ben and Zach we have riders who are good at home so we need the other three to be good on the road.
He is also a member of the SCB committee so maybe he does know what is happening. He is on a speedway podcast tomorrow I will see if I can listen to it.
Just listened to it aswell, he also said if he gets the top two he wants they could dominate heats 13 and 15 or something along them lines. Pretty sure he said it will be one of the riders first time in the championship. Sounded positive on the raceway going forward aswell.
I could and probably will be TonyE it wouldnt be the first time. I just had a look at his Twitter account and his recent likes were about Lakeside and Jon Cooks recent interview.
