  1. 13.40 according to Eric in the Speedway Star
  2. Byron Becker on the comeback trail? Shock..... I think you meant Luke!!
  3. Signed for Ostrow in Poland, but no idea if they race on a Sunday!
  4. According to the BSPA list, Max Clegg has a Championship average of 4.15
  5. Practice will be Sunday 25th March and P&P will be Monday 26th March, I would guess.
  6. Shouldn't be. He should be a 2.00 as he got injured before any new average 'kicked in.'
  7. Errr, yes, but Newcastle are still riding on a Sunday
  8. We probably can't use him anyway, as he has signed for Coventry in the NL and they are going to be riding Sunday's too.
  9. Would Kenneth Bjerre come in on the same average as he went into the Peterborough team in 2016, or would it be different?
  10. Possibly Mads Korneliussen ? The name of the sheep, I couldn't possibly comment on!!
  11. I see Ty Proctor has been announced as Captain for 2018. http://www.workingtoncomets.co/news/article.asp?id=100895
  12. Says the one who have Ben Barker in their team......
  13. You know what you're getting with the 5 riders signed so far. The latest two will give you 100% each and every race and with Ash, Robbo and Ludde, we should have some terrific racing at Brough Park this season, no matter who the last two signings are. Just shy of 13 and half points left for those two spots Which way to go (depending on whose available)? An 8 and a 5? A 7 and a 6? A 10 and a 3 or a 9 and a 4 (I'll not be holding my breath on that two! LOL)??
  14. Of course it is, but, I'm still to be convinced that Sheffield and Peterborough have been the only tracks willing to host the PLRC (as it was) or the Fours for the last few years (up until last year when the CLRC was switched to Glasgow).
  15. It's a "Shared Event," so, surely, it should be 'shared around' the tracks? It can get a bit boring going to the same place for the same event every year (PLRC etc), so a different place, for me, anyway, is good.
  16. You're quite right, it wasn't. My mistake. (I'll edit the above post!).
  17. Of course you are allowed an opinion. It's a Forum. I just thought it was apt to highlight this part of the article, due to a few on here saying they didn't want him back. I think "hate" is a strong word to use, but, like many riders, Ludvig is a bit like Marmite. You either like him (as a rider/capatain), or you don't!
  18. It was. But someone mentioned The Sweeney episode, so I posted a link to the clip that is often edited out for TV these days. Be thankful no one has mentioned either Crossroads or King Cinder......... By the way.... here's a clip from Once a Jolly Swagman.
  19. He's signed for Coventry in the NL and Coventry's home meetings are on a Sunday at 4pm., so I doubt he will be signing for us.
  20. Ludvig Lindgren piece on the Diamonds Website. For those who didn't want him back, the last paragraph is just for you!! http://www.newcastlediamonds.co/news/article.asp?id=100824
