  1. Scrap the Premier Trophy (at least then we could keep it!! ) and bring back the Fours Qualifiers.
  2. Sorry.... but I missed the fact that post #10 had been updated! Thanks anyway
  3. Is there any chance of some kind soul telling us who scored what last night please (i.e. individual score chart)? Thanks in advance.
  4. Well done to Adam (McK). Not Bad (7 + 1) for someone who broke their neck just 8 weeks ago!

  7. There is no such thing as a 'friendly bully'. A bully is a bully. Meanwhile - in a vain attempt to get this back on thread - Lubos is a smashing lad, I know him from when he rode for the Diamonds, but, in my opinion, he isn't and probably never will be a 9 point PL rider. Once he gets a true average, Stoke can then re-assess the situation and re-build from there. The same might be said of the re-signing of Claus Vissing, but only time will tell on all issues.
  8. Cheers 'Stoaty'! 'A' & 'S' are next to each other on the keyboard and hit the 'a' key rather than the 's' key and forgot to check it before submitting my post (as for Resch)!

Sorry for not knowing eveyone's full name, though! Hope this (in part!) helps.
  10. A Super 7even event and teams had to wear their own race jacket? God forbid it being 'done properly' and making it look 'professional' with everyone getting the jacket supplied (as in the PLRC etc.)
  11. Thread already here: http://www.speedway-forum.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=54549&st=0
  12. If you have no luck before Sunday, then I could ask Barry Wallace on Sunday if he can help (I am sure he can!). If he can then he could pass the info on to me and then I can post the info on here.
  13. Adam McKinna (Dudley Heathens) http://www.mckinnaracing.com/
  14. Adam McKinna (Newcastle Diamonds and Dudley Heathens) has a new Website. It can be found on the link below! http://www.mckinnaracing.com/
  15. Hopefully Dakota North will be at the Newcastle Diamonds Press & Practice that day!
  16. All announced "shortly" according to this from the BSPA site: http://www.speedwaygb.com/news.php?extend.5975
  17. Let's not confuse things eh?? 85 not 95!!!
  18. They have got the year wrong! Louis Carr & Joe Owen won the Pairs in '85. '86 Pairs Champs were Les Collins and Doug Wyer for Edinburgh.
  19. First of all it was Birmingham vs Ellesmere Port (not Newcastle as stated above). Joe was riding for Ellesmere Port at the time and it was 1985 not 1986. As far as Tom is concerned, he has his own Plant Hire business (also races pigeons I think!), which is doing very well. Also Tom's daughter (Emma) is married Mark Lemon.
  20. The 1976 (I think it was '76!!) team that rode at Newcastle included Jiri Stancl (George's dad), Peter Ondrasik(Pavel's dad), Lubos Tomicek and the two Verner brothers. I used to have the programme, but gave it to George Stancl a while back and can't remember, off the top of my head, the other riders!
  21. After a search on 'Google', there was a speedway story in 'Tiger' called "Tallon of the Track", which featured a female speedway rider as the main character. http://www.comicsuk.co.uk/Interviews/Scott...cottGoodall.asp
