That was the season just gone.
Suggest you click the link provided by DiamondsRock and see, for 2014, it'll be £16 at the gate and £15 in advance online (per match).
Guaranteed is 3 League Cup, 14 League matches (16 if Peterborough come in late), and 1 KOC. I presume at least 1 pre-season challenge and possibly 1 Tyne/Tees and Tyne/Tweed Cup each. So 21 matches (plus the Northern 4TT Darryl mentions in the 'Star' this week). So, lets say 22 matches @£15 (if you are able to book online) = £330. Then you just have to hope they progress in the KOC or the LC or reach the Play-offs for the extra matches.
If we kept the 'other' 6 that finished the season we would be left with 4.22 (Ludo 7.28, Robbo 7.20, Andy 7.19, Anton 7.00, Lewi 6.09, Scrammy 3.52). Christian would come in on 7.07, (but would leave Ludo as number 1).
No. This will include all matches inc. KO Cup etc., which are not included in the rolling averages.

Yes the Beeb 'love a jockey'..... so much so they have dropped all Horse Racing and basically 'gave it away' to Channel 4.
McCoy also won Sports Personality in 2010, for basically the same reason you give for him being nominated this year (whole career - 4,000 winners - 18th Champion Jockey title), although he did win his first Grand National in 2010, which helped his cause.
When Tai won the Title it did get a mention on the BBC Sport website.

Al Stewart says (on another thread) "He's very keen to ride abroad but because of his EL average he is rated at the same level as GP riders in both Sweden and Denmark, so hasn't secured a place there. He has offers from Poland but possibly from clubs where other riders have had problems".
