  1. I did. But it took some doing. And, as I said to Tsunami (hinted at, at any rate) I don't normally have a gripe/go, whatever you want to call it, it is very rare for me to do so, but I just don't think it looks very good on the club when 11 of the 13 clubs can put the fixtures on their websites early after 10am and one of the two that didn't is ours.
  2. I don't. But as Tsunami says speedway hasn't got the money to pay for a full time executive staff. I used to help out on the website. I used to do the Previews for the matches. If you want to know why I stopped PM me and I'll tell you the reason.
  3. When was the last time I 'had a go'? I'm pretty sure all of the other 11 clubs' websites will be run by people who 'have full time jobs,' but they have managed to get their fixtures up on their websites. Yes, you can check on the BSPA website for the fixtures. But it's damn time consuming doing it that way and I only get half an hour lunchbreak and it would have been rather nice to see it on OUR website. EDIT: Nice to see they are now on the website. Or rather they appear to be being put on the website http://www.newcastlediamonds.co/fixtures.asp
  4. Yes. As a Webmaster..... As I said, 11 out of the 13 clubs have updated their sites, it always seems to be Newcastle that 'lag behind' in this sort of thing. It would be nice to able to look on our website, to sort days off and holidays as soon as we can, rather than have to trawl through the BSPA fixtures month by month and hope you don't miss a fixture in the long lists!
  5. Surely Sheffield won't be in Plymouth's LC Group?????? It should read PL rather than LC, surely?
  6. Nope. Not surprised at all (Nearly 4 hours and counting.....!)
  7. So, 3 hours since the fixtures were to be released, just TWO clubs are still to put their fixtures on to their respective websites. Berwick and guess who else??? Yup, Newcastle.
  8. 2015 fixtures to be announced at 10am tomorrow (Mon 19th Jan).
  9. Don't think that will be a problem as Stevie rode for us long enough to know the track. The reason he's got his average is because he spent most of the time at reserve and 'filled his boots' most meetings.
  10. Broke his leg in 2012, so this will be year 3 (if you see what I mean!).
  11. This will be the third year for Lewis Kerr since he first got an established average. I think Steve Worrall only got an established average last year (before that he was on a 3), so, I believe, all three are entitled to the 2.5% reduction.
  12. All three are English. Nothing wrong with ruffdiamond's comment. If there had been a Scot, or Welshman in the 3 who get a reduction, fine. But there isn't!
  13. Simon Nielsen confirmed (so just the ONE announcement on Monday night then): http://www.newcastlediamonds.co/news/article.asp?id=100356
  14. Announcement Monday (19th) at the Race Night
  15. Somerset thought the same about Holder and look how that has ended up.
  16. To paraphrase Mrs Merton "what first attracted you to Multi-million pounds owned Glasgow?".......
  17. Also on YouTube here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5FtJ9_DiBZ8
  18. It's about time it was Government funded (even in some part, if not whole).
  19. Don't know. All I know is it hasn't been the case for the last two seasons. I'd also just like to add there has been a 'clampdown' on the amount of people who get in through the pit gate for free. It certainly isn't as many as a few seasons ago.
  20. Richie has posted on facebook that they (Mulet) know where they are and why they left.
