The same could be said, pretty much, of any track next to houses. If any track were to close down, then want to re-open, I'd be surprised if they wouldn't have to apply for planning permission again, which, nine time out of ten, would be turned down.

Add to Redcar - Scunthorpe and Plymouth that's 3 v 3 and don't forget the Millions of pounds that have had to be invested in Glasgow, that kind of thing happens once in a blue moon. Don't think NL would be the answer. Hardly anyone is turning up to watch PL (and no additional people turned up to watch PL at £10 a shot) and the local derby would be against Buxton.

If not, then you could say it's "one rule for one, one rule for another." Robert Lambert was inelligible, now he's suddenly eligible. Hopefully, in 2016, the Fours will be at the 'National Stadium' (or, anywhere else in the EL, unless Panthers move back up to the EL) and all this "Peterborough are the home team so have to be in the Fours," nonsence will not be an argument (which it seems to be).
