  1. Jonas B Andersen and Mason Campton
  2. You couldn't make it up, could you?! Announced at Brough on Sunday that we (Newcastle) aren't at Redcar on the 14th, yet, as you state, the Redcar Facebook page (2hours ago at the time of typing this) says "To clarify the Redcar v Newcastle meeting next Thursday 14th April is still scheduled for that day. This was going to be moved but that has not happened. Please note it is still scheduled for next week".
  3. Workington have always been scheduled to be at Redcar this Thursday (7th). Just had confirmation we are NOT at Redcar on 14th
  4. The League Cup match on 14th April is to be re-arranged, I think, as it was definitely announced we weren't there on the 14th (the League Cup fixture).
  5. I wouldn't like to upset anybody, but Saturday is the 9TH of April, not the 8th.....
  6. Thanks for that. I'd completely forgot about the +5% rule! Although, in my defence, there is no figure in column C next to Mason Campton
  7. Nothing on he Comets website, but Lambert can, of course, guest for Jensen, which may be the case?? I don't know, of course, I'm just guessing! Edit. Just checked the Comets Official Twitter feed and, indeed, it does state on there that Lambert is guesting for Campton. I've Tweeted them to ask how this is so!! (They may reply on here, too!!).
  8. Riders should be paid in accordance to what they scored in the meeting (plus travel expenses etc.). As the meeting was abandoned after heat 8, spectators will get reduced admission of £2 at a future Redcar match.
  9. Done! Thanks for your help! Never had to do that before!
  10. I've looked and see no way of changing it! Can you advise please? !
  11. I still think the rule should be adjusted, so that if the rider belongs to the EL club he is riding for, then that EL club has priority. If he belongs to another EL club, rather than the one he's currently riding for, then the PL team should get priority. The EL want it both ways, that's what is 'screwing' the PL.
  12. In some respects, I feel for sorry for Redcar, in this instance, as the Newcastle team may well put off fans from travelling down the A19 for this one, keeping their money for the League Cup match in just two weeks time.
  13. Theo's average way higher than Tero's. So he must be guesting for Steve Worrall, I'd guess?
  14. You really have a problem with the spelling of Tero, don't you? Terro in your post and Teo in your signature!!
  15. A pity they didn't do that before letting 5,000 people in.
  16. First 100 kids going through the Turnstiles tonight will receive an Easter Egg! Hoping it stays dry. It's been a long winter!
  17. Updates here: http://speedwayupdates.proboards.com/thread/15274/sheffield-leicester-ch-30pm-24 Nice touch with a minutes applause in memory of Bob Tasker (GRT Media) and Jim Birks
  18. As far as I understand it (and believe someone has already pointed out earlier in the thread), the SCB track inspector passes the track only for the dimensions, safety fence etc., not the actual condition of the track.
  19. Depends if they are advised to call off that GP by the FIM, but try to go ahead with it anyway.
  20. Without going through the whole thread to pick the quotes out individually, a few on here have blamed the riders for "not wanting to give it a go." Two words that might help you work out why the riders were unwilling to race on the track for you..... Darcy Ward. Just a thought, of course.

  22. It's been called OFF!!! https://twitter.com/ipswichspeedway/status/712252184075898880
