Just been called off according to Buxton Twitter feed.

The match at Workington was called off at 9am, so the chances are that the fans would not have traveled.

No rain forecast after 2pm-ish. It's now 11.35am. It would have been called off by now, so it's all systems go for what should be a cracker (as Frank Carson used to say).

I'd guess (and it's only a guess) that Workington would have given Redcar many dates before the deadline/cut-off, but Redcar couldn't agree to any of them.

Somerset will now head to Brough 'fresh' as tonight's match at Workington is off. By far and away our toughest home match of the season. A win of any kind will do.

It was rather a tongue-in-cheek remark! If you don't include the Community Shield, it's actually a 9-9 draw as far as Wenger at Arsenal and George is concerned! Wenger 3 Lge titles and 6 FA Cups. George 1 League title, 1 League winners trophy, 1 play-off winners trophy, 2 KOC trophies, 1 Premier Trophy, 2 Premier Shield Trophies, 1 Prem Lge Cup trophy. Either way, not a bad collection!

I think it might be a case of papering over the cracks, but they have at least done something. I think it just highlights how little there is out there if you want to make changes.
