Darryl Illingworth (Newcastle) used to post occasionally, but no more. Rob Godfrey (Scunthorpe and BSPA member "Moorwell") still occasionally posts. -

Always providing that Robert remains at no.1, of course!

Sundays only, doubt we would run on two consecutive nights (my opinion, just guessing). But I think there will possibly be a Monday night match (day after the PLRC).

It did get watered, just not very well. The tractor that went round during breaks in between the racing had a very small blue container on it and, believe it or not, a very small amount of water was coming out the back. If they had asked the fans to go onto the track and spit on the track, it would have had more effect, I think! -
I would expect some double-headers

Keith McGhee explained over the P.A what had happened (Keith M above being correct). Not the first time this has happened at Redcar! In regards to Bjerre, I believe he was asked if he wanted to do heat 15 and he declined. -

No we weren't. We were at Sheffield on 9 June, at Rye House on the 11th and we didn't meet Plymouth at home until 3 July! The Sunday match on the 12th was against Workington, which was called off. The report for the Sheffield match was put on the website at 21.46 that night and the Rye House report was put on the site at 01.20 on the Sunday morning. The postponement was put on the site at 12.05 on that day. Anyway, this has sod all to do with the thread. Hoping for some away points in the push for the play-offs and a decent speedway meeting on a good track.
