  1. Ipswich have Tweeted that the fixtures will be released at 9am on Tuesday (24th). https://twitter.com/ipswichspeedway/status/822782018568224768
  2. Scroll down towards the bottom this from the Speedway Star from May 2016: https://reader.exacteditions.com/issues/51171/page/2

  4. That's mainly because some racecourses are left-handed and some are right-handed (with one figure of 8 track). You only go one way round a speedway track
  5. Robert was "Ruthless" before he ever joined Newcastle.
  6. Any thoughts from Workington fans as Mason Campton is 14th with 7 points (only above Cooper Riordan and Jordan Stewart by one point) and Ty Proctor is 11th on 12 points after two rounds of the Aussie Championship?

  8. It depends on what you call "good enough" though, doesn't it? New Aussie coming in on a 5, achieves a 4. Good enough? New Aussie comes in on a 5, been around for years, still hasn't achieved a 4 and is now classed as British. Good enough? New Aussie comes in on a 5, a few years later becomes World Champion. Good enough.
  9. Proud to play a small part in this... http://www.newcastlediamonds.co/news/article.asp?id=100662
  10. Danny Phillips has signed for King's Lynn in the National League for 2017 http://www.newcastlediamonds.co/news/article.asp?id=100661
  11. Danny Phillips to King's Lynn (6.25 ave) https://twitter.com/NLSpeedway/status/814811896859787264
  12. But it is quite important when you have to have at least 2 British riders in your team.
  13. Something Newcastle have done in the past, I think (or at least something along those lines).
  14. Quite a few of which will be riding on a Sunday
  15. Sorry! Just for the record, Buxton would be nearest at approx 150 miles. Stoke is approx 180 miles. Give or take a few miles.
  16. I'm sure TWK will answer this himself, but his nearest track would be Stoke or Buxton I would think (without checking),
  17. So you would rather deny young riders the opportunity to ride and have them not run a team?
  18. Sheffield are the cheapest at £240 for all league/KOC/Play-off/Challenge matches at Owlerton in 2017. The cheapest of those offering all Champ Lge matches and 1 KOC match are Glasgow at £225. In alphabetical order (so there is no bias) as far as I can make out the full list is: Berwick £249 for all matches Edinburgh £258 for all League matches and 1 KOC match Glasgow £225 for all League matches and 1 KOC match Ipswich £255 for the same as Edin and Glas Newcastle £270 but it doesn't state what you get for that (but I believe it's all matches, but I could be wrong) Peterborough £300 for all matches + Parking + prog Redcar £230 All league matches and KOC matches inc any Play-off meetings, but doesn't inc Challenge matches, Individual meetings (Julie Lewis Memorial for example) or the Silver Helmet Scunthorpe £N/A don't offer season tickets (bizarrely!) Sheffield £240 All matches Workington £245 but, like Newcastle, it doesn't state which matches are included and which aren't.
  19. That long? Totally agree with SCB. You just have to take a look at the Newcastle 2017 thread and see the threat of physical abuse against me to see some posters really don't have much to say, other than to threaten and personally abuse other posters, which is a great shame as the majority of posters on the BSF, discuss things in a right and proper manner.
