  1. Better than Loram, Jessup, Lee, Carter, Collins, Craven, and others before my time?? He may have far better machinery at his disposal, but I doubt he's half the RIDER those named above were, or even others such as Wigg, Tatum, John Louis, both Boococks . . .
  2. No it wasn't - you are now contradicting post #80
  3. No he doesn't He lives in the village of Binley Woods, which is in Warwickshire, and comes under Rugby Borough The horrid city of Coventry is in the West Midlands, and is soon to be amalgamated with lovely Birmingham
  4. Quite a dangerous post, this - should read the website more carefully before jumping in with both feet
  5. That wasn't my point - I quite agree with your comments, but don't twist the conversation! My point was, it wasn't the fault of Bees that there was no facility
  6. Hardly Bees' fault that there's no facility to cover for KK or that there's a late withdrawal (Bates) They would have much preferred a full 1-7 turning out at Lakeside
  7. Attendances may be down, but apostrophes are definitely on the increase!
  8. Isn't that photo from her earlier problem, prior to Rio?
  9. She has her knockers, but as one who criticised her in the past, I sincerely wish her a full and speedy recovery, and congratulate her on her charity efforts
  10. He didn't score 19 - he scored 16 and Joker scored 3 Belly signed to the agency run by Pietersen
  11. No provision in the programme for additional heats beyond the 20 No record in my programme of any run off Yet . . . subsequent programmes all showed Phil Crump as the winner! Doh!
  12. Re the thread title . . . yes, time to move on - and stop using the dreadful title "TeamGB" and revert to OUR proper name, Great Britain
  13. Wasn't certain at first whether you'd written "walk" or . . . Something else
  14. Pity you had to mention the rag that is the S*n (JFT96) but . . . Let's put it another way (as I originally quoted the o.p) - what benefit is Tai Woffinden to British Speedway? (an asset I assume is of benefit)
  15. Sorry, but how exactly is he an asset to this (speedway) country?
  16. Tai only does what suits Tai Let no-one think his move back to Monmore Green is for anyone but himself One selfish git
  17. Surely no-one can be complaining that they can't hear Peter York? What a blessing it was for them
