  1. Yes, we can all tell that you're an adult by your avatars But what about trophies to the winner and runners-up in the Blue Riband?
  2. What about a comment from you on the performance (or non-performance) of the promotion, trophies, fireworks, etc at this meeting?
  3. Pleased to know she's recovered well I wonder if she will now make a public apology to Ched Evans?
  4. The Surely it would be better to have an amalgamated British League, with sufficient fixtures, including KO Cups and regional mini-leagues (like we used to have), to provide a living for all riders who want to ride in the UK Doubling up/down has only caused massive problems where fixtures have clashed, resulting in a plethora of guests and absentees If we want to attract sponsors, new spectators, national awareness, of our great sport, it has to be rid of this nonsense of being able to ride for two teams, but only one at a time! It needs to be a nationwide main league, a north/south divide would mean, for example, Glasgow and Edinburgh fans not being able to see Poole or Ipswich teams, and vice versa Many knock looking-back scenarios, but they still look good to many as a positive way forward
  5. Then it will appear to be even more of a minority sport than it already is if there's no nationwide league competition, just regional One big league along the lines of the original British League, those who want to ride UK welcome, those who don't, good riddance 13 heats plus second half No doubling up or down Enough fixtures for those who want to ride UK
  6. BV conditions state that no Poles over 1 metre are allowed in the stadium
  7. Surprised Nicholls came out on a new bike, rather than one he'd tried before!
  8. Wouldn't it be good to have a British world champion to be proud of - like Loram, Collins, Craven
  9. If you don't like riding here, Tai, then just sod off - and take your can of pop and the straw with you
  10. Ah bless! Tai's got his can of pop and a straw to drink it through!
  11. Grass banks and a couple of portacabins at Blundon and Brandon will do very nicely it they mean speedway can continue at those two venues
  12. Fraud's plans went awry. Do you honestly believe that Pedersen was actual incapacitated? Andersen's "long-term" injury period had ended by him riding in Poland. Lindback let you down, that plan backfired. Lindback for Andersen, Tungate for Pedersen, where clearly devious plans to increase Poole's scoring potential. Along with poor performances from Holder, Buzz and Kurtz, it all went drastically wrong for you. I don't hate Poole, I just dislike the continual manipulations by your management, and judging by this forum, the vast majority share that view.
  13. You didn't lose them, they were moved aside by your cheating management with the idea that their replacements would ensure victory
  14. Mr Shouty mentioned last night that Harris and Masters would be in the ELRC
  15. removed as already posted by another member
  16. Hans Andersen won't be riding as he has a long-term injury
  17. This . . . Posted 20 September 2016 - 08:42 PM TheReturn, on 12 Sept 2016 - 5:16 PM, said: Agreed. A description that could have also been applied to Ward if his off track antics were anything to go by. Proved by his week-end comments I'm afraid.
  18. Surely Andersen's injury period as soon as he rode again - and that hasn't been "long-term" If he now can't ride because of his injury, that's the start of a different injury period
