  1. Let's see how he does in Sweden on Tuesday.

  3. Winner was Nicolai Klindt, with Hougaard second and Peter Kildemand third.
  4. Well, I can't say I've ever worn white stilettos, but I think I measure up to standards.
  5. Fair enough, but the question I answered was: what did the article say? Hammarby rained off again and will be restaged on the 18th.
  6. Basically Hammarby aren't prepared to pay Zagar's travel costs when Nicholls and Kylmkorpi aren't there (when they have no chance of winning, in other words.) He's not riding tonight either.
  7. And the same in Poland, from what I've read. Makes you wonder how sustainable speedway really is.
  8. I suspect Poole - he's put them first before.
  9. Thing is, you can say that about any of the qualifiers - someone only has to have a bad day and that's a big name out of the hat, possibly replaced by a rider who has virtually no chance of becoming World Champion. I still think it should be done that way, though - it's the fairest method, and means that at least those who make it do actually want to be there.
  10. Ah, but which U21 champion? Danish, Swedish, Polish, British, Russian? All of them?
  11. Yes. Although I still think the wildcard should be selected, especially in cases like Holder, who had all sorts of problems during qualifying.
  12. He's not - Hlib's coming in for him. I think they were waiting to see if Gapinski's back (he is) and possibly the extent of Joonas' injury.
  13. Thing is, Dackarna can cover for him easily enough. And you picked the wrong rider for me, knowing who I am. I'd back Andreas anyway.
  14. Better racing than the first round, with Bjerre providing all the entertainment. Well done to the 5 time Danish Champion.
  15. 2nd round [Title now edited by Mod] mms://media.xstream.dk/dk4_live_01
  16. The less said to me about Poland the better. Rzeszow have lost the plot - he should have dropped them, if anyone.
  17. Nicholls is Hammarby's number one. Think of them like Coventry - they dropped Nicki Pedersen over the winter and went for "strength in depth", as you did. Now you might think that squad systems cover for it, but Tomasz Gapinski, their other big hitter has been injured all season, and they have been plagued by other injuries along the way. Effectively, it's the equivalent of the Coventry team (minus Andersen) losing Harris and not being able to have a facility for him. They're already having to use Zagar to cover for Gapinksi, and Dobrucki is just back from injury himself. Effectively, this decision could ultimately see Hammarby relegated. Edit: that was in reply to Sandie.
  18. Not to Hammarby it isn't. He's dropped them right in it.
  19. They're waiting for a decision from the referee about the track.
  20. Presumably, the FIM. I think it's been the same format for a few years.

  22. I don't know why - I'd much rather watch Harris than Nicholls if I had to choose between the two.
