Does George Purchase have a spin anymore or has he gone to MX -
Troy Butler made it to the 1989 World Final by doing the qualifiers and doing enough in each one to get through, same as the other finalists. He also won the Australian title and NLRC

Surely the best idea if it fits into your plans is go to the Island for a few days while taking in a visit to the Speedway. Making it known to hotel,B&B,campsite,Pubs etc that you're there for the Speedway they then would hopefully look at the Speedway as an asset to to the Island and could possibly bring in some advertising revenue for the club. I know my visits to Speedway are few and far between but when I go if I'm asked why I'm in that neck of the woods I say it's for Speedway. Every little helps as they say. -
I don't think it's a public meeting More likely the owners interested parties/buyers/renters and maybe the council too.

Maybe he needs some tips from his namesake Mr Sarjeant now there's a lad who can gate and IMO from what I've seen the vast majority are down too good timing.

Do you reckon we could get one round the pitch in the University Parks though it'd be a restricted view with the pavilion inside one of the bends -

I thought Crewe was a huge track probably a lot bigger than Berwick Didn't a rider set the fastest average speed there many moons ago -

Crewe and Crayford Is it possible to ride for 2 such different tracks nowadays -
TBH Charlie Gjedde is a far better rider Than Alden or Edburg who Berwick fans seem to adore. Let's hope he stays injury free as he's a fantastic little rider

Sounds like the White Lindback Never see him last year but if he's a bums on seats kind of rider it's only good for the sport Sounds like the White Lindback Never see him last year but if he's a bums on seats kind of rider it's only good for the sport

So how many Wembley riders won the World final at Wembley before they moved them awayIf more non Wembley riders won than Wembley riders your argument dies a death. I don't know the stats At the end of the day it doesn't matter what sport it is if on the day you take your chances and win you're the champion NO ifs maybe's etc about it.

BTSport have a freeview channel too it's in the 50s/60s numerically from memory. But I think from something I read that they're obliged as part of the Champions and Europe League along with English domestic football to show some games free to air. So if true maybe as a sprat to catch a mackerel they may show other sports on a live or as live basis in the hope of attracting more customers.

Maybe he'll be riding at Cashfield

We've got till next march

How many have done 3 or more in NL. Fair enough promoters In the PL may not want to give them the opportunity but I reckon lots are happy to be a medium fish in a small pond. Hopefully all this is changing with the new pack of youngsters coming through the ranks.
-
BWD is a talented racer who probably wants to get as far in the sport as he can so the challenge of going PL on a 5pt average will be tough. But I bet he'll get a lot further than all the young British NL riders who are happy enough not moving up to test themselves.
