  1. My best guess is a train station Sorry to hard to resist
  2. Being speedway it would probably go to the 2nd placed rider.
  3. The Arsenal would no doubt have been a team of technically excellent riders who just couldn't get over the finish line.
  4. Anyone know how you dislike a post? I need to press the button and press it fast
  5. Gustix The mighty Cheetahs of Oxford are taking an enforced sabbatical to allow lesser teams such as Coventry,Swindon and Poole get a few titles under their belts
  6. Surely if they gift Cradley 4 points the authorities are letting down every club in the league Due to the level they're at I would say a suspended fine (with a major B******g) and a point or two deduction would suffice.
  7. No I think once you've signed in at practice you can't ride anywhere else.
  8. IMO a fit Kyle Newman would've easily qualified for the final. Due to an unfortunate illness he didn't get the chance. But I'll say even though I've hardly seen him race I totally admire his work ethic. He may not be now and may never be the best rider of his generation but he'll bust a gut trying to be.
  9. Id've thought Lambert and Cook as GP reserves. Though it would be better if they were at the PL Pairs. TBH meeting reserves as they're unlikely to get a ride should be the 2 Lewis's kerr and Rose Neither going to make the pairs but if called upon in a GP could do a job.
  10. AhaI'm watching in the pub so with football on a couple of tellies and speedway on the other we couldn't hear the commentary.
  11. Surely you'd be better off signing a new asset or a young British rider than yet again signing the perrenial underachiever
  12. I too find it disgusting if a paralysed rider was asked to pay.If you're the team mascot surely in a small way you're involved in the "show"
  13. I'd say with Mark Loram that as I believe he was married to Chris Louis sister (apologies if I'm wrong) and a close friend of Chris and suffered his career ending injury at Foxhall while riding for Ipswich that he's got a pretty good argument for getting in free.Maybe he sponsors or advertises and free entry is part of that deal.
  14. it doesnt matter where the switch is if Leicester with a blank canvas had built a racetrack, they wouldnt be worrying about refereeing decisions the'dve been worried about keeping the spectators full of food and beer
  15. Surely the biggest problem at Beaumont Park is that with a blank canvas they failed to create a decent racetrack. Old and much talked over subject I know but if the track had been laid similar to Somerset I seriously doubt any of these problems would be arising
  16. Are you signing Johnny Nash Edit I'll get me race jacket
  17. He doesn't want to get his programme greasy. He's miserable enough without it getting to that.
  18. I was at the Edinburgh match a few weeks ago and thought there were a fair few 18-24 yr old in attendance. My tip of the day is pop into an outdoor pursuits shop and buy yourself a Spork to eat your fish and chips with. Only cost a couple of quid and if you're lucky you can get one in your team colour. It works well with all manner of takeaway food.
  19. He should put stickers on his tank to show how many times he's eased them off.
