I'd hazard a guess that he may begrudgingly support the Bandits but he'll always be a Rocketman at heart

How do you know Munster Joe and Greg Hancock didn't have a conversation in the pits ? Unless of course you were there to witness them not speaking Or is it just hearsay. For my tuppence worth GH pulling out of the meeting affected the top 8 as some riders rode against reserves instead of him

Most In-demand Riders For The 2017 Season
Triple.H. replied to poolebolton's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Don't find either of them attractivePrefer the ladies myself I'm no fan of Dickie the Gater but I reckon he's got far more improvement in him than Batchelor, Who looks a distant shadow of the rider he was. I think the DW accident and his subsequent MX crash in Australia have really affected him. -

We were sat in front of the bar/refs box and the fence rippled a bit. What a shame Newport are no more while most of the facilities were very basic it was a bloody good racetrack. Just think what might very happened if Phil Morris had taken it over -

I was reading an approx 6 week old issue of the Speedway Star at work today. I can't remember the guys name but he's commercial manager or similar at Sale rugby and had an article about him in the Star last year. The article this year was about him saying it was wrong for Poole to bring Antonio Lindback in for the playoffs. Right at the end it was mentioned that in his interview last season he'd said if any Speedway promotions wanted his advice in helping to increase attendances if he could help he would. 2 teams approached him the IOW was one but the other the other team wasn't mentioned.

Triple pointsIf your 3rd heat leader or a 2nd string takes the ride and finishes 3rd with his team mate winning the team get triple points for the admirable display of team riding.

If he had been clever enough he wouldve just started looking down at his bike a few times on lap 3 and 4

I know Sam Masters deserves his place due to his performance in the Australian championship. But with Jason Doyle out wouldn't it have made business sense to put U21 WC Max Fricke in the line up.

Rory Schlein is unattached so surely wouldn't be able to rideThough as it's British Speedway there's no doubt a rule saying he can. IMO as a former champion he would be a good addition, even more so if the meeting was at Swindon. -

At least you can guarantee that Kyle Newman will ride his socks off -
Bit ironic Hans Andersen who was replaced as injured and out for the season now riding again in this country before the season ends. No offence to Hans who deserves the chance if fit to race and say his end of season farewells. But the BSPA/SCB should make sure no club releases a rider due to injury meaning they can't ride again that season and that rider then racing in this country again the same season.
