  1. Thanks, everyday is a schoolday i didnt realise there were so many types of methanol, which ones are allowed to be used, without the addition of additives.
  2. The post you quote doesn't say "blue methanol " it says a "blue" methanol additive, which i assume means an additive which besides any supposed benefits adds a blue hue to the fuel.
  3. Could be, but it came the other way up Sandy Lane. I thought the shuttle was just a minibus, this was a 52 seater or thereabouts
  4. When i was in the queue just after 7 a coach pulled up in sandy lane, i don't know if they were Poole fans, but if so to get a coachful of fans to an away match nowadays is pretty unusual, except for our friends in the frozen north who always seem to rally the troops for an awayday.
  5. You might be thinking of the flying lap competition Steve Purchase tried at Oxford
  6. Problem is Dickie the Gater is called Dickie the Gater for a reason, if he don't gate he don't win, except in very exceptional circumstances.
  7. Any guest upto 12 is the rumour as his media work is seen to be of great importance by the powers that be.
  8. I'm about a mile from the track and after a day of showers off and on, it's now tipping down Correct call made
  9. I had no hassle getting a refund. Happened automatically
  10. Last season for a rainoff you got a refund. So I'm sure that will remain the same.
  11. The club have posted that all parking spaces at Unipart have now been booked.
  12. If anyone wants to see the current state of the stadium well that which can be seen from the camera position. Sky Sports Racing are showing Greyhounds from there tomorrow from 10:30am.
  13. Tickets for the match at Oxford go onsale at 5pm today https://oxfordspeedway.club/tickets/
  14. I think Kyle is one of those riders who does better when he has a packed diary, so riding one league only doesn't give him enough meetings to get going properly.
  15. Maybe hiring a stadium to run an event means you have to jump through a few more legal hoops.
  16. Dependent on how he comes back from his injury, a broken bone and long layoff can stop riders making a quick and successful comeback, for some its like a duck to water, some take a bit of time and a few never get back to what they were. I hope Dan is in the first group, if not the second, very talented lad.
  17. As Paul Bowen is an advocate of the electric bikes, would he be allowed to ride one in an NDL meeting ?
  18. Sad to hear Tony Mole isnt in the best of health, the man's a legend for the tracks he ressurected/kept running over the years
  19. I read somewhere a few days back that someone said all he does is give them the 6 digit code Assigned to the ticket which the staff have input to allow entry. Just checked some old tickets on my account and the 6 digits seem to be 4 letters and 2 numbers so you would have to make a very lucky guess to give them the right code.
  20. I did it all last season for a mate of mine and a few other people on an adhoc basis. This year as soon as STs were announced my mate asked if I'd get him one.
  21. You obviously live in the only part of the country where banks are opening branches
