No More Semi-final Gate Picks

Why not just have Le Mans style starts it would give riders an extra sponsorship opportunity with their Nike, Adidas, Puma etc steel shoes -
Einar Kyllingstad's 15point max for KL at Blunsdon in circa '86 Never did anything before or after but was absolutely brilliant that day! And the mighty Cheetahs dished out a thrashing in the 2nd half of the double header in a great afternoon of speedway, even a Swindon fan would have to agree. Edited as a technophobe posted the same post twice

Tyson Nelson Visa use 2 of 3 or an anagram of all 3 to get a visa, though Travis McGowan never got one either as far as i know though an Aussie living in Sweden may have complicated things for the Goverments papershuffling sharp intake of breath while nodding disapprovingly department. -

I seem to remember from the dim and distant past a televised meeting which Steve Bastable lost by shutting off at the startline at the finish instead of the finish line

Speedway World Cup 2012

Fairly sure Mr Silver wasn't running Rye House at the time. Just checked on wiki and it says Ronnie Russell bought the club in 1984 and closed down in 1993 running with various co-promoters. Signed Peter Schroek as well as Jens Rasmussen. -
Sure it said on the Redcar thread that Mark Jones had retired.

Final word on this from me i didnt know who the young lad was in and around the pits looking IMO pretty full of himself i assumed he may be a Raider or Fentiger, didnt even know it was Robert Lambert till before his 2nd ride when i heard the announcement. He proceeded to fall off in his 1st practice ride and a Ryehouse supporter sat near me said that might bring him back down to earth a bit, dont know if that was pun or no pun intended but perhaps that comment stuck in my head.He came out for his 2nd practice ride and looked better than most of the riders in the PL meeting, fair play to the lad and his parents if they are putting this much time and effort into his future career. My original post has been quoted twice by the same poster both basically agreeing then disagreeing with it But as Waco says this thread is about Jason Garrity who will definitely benefit from NL meetings as if he has a couple of bad PL meetings he should be able to get himself back in the groove with a good NL performance,i would have thought he would have been a shoe in from the start of the season unless Team building limits prevented it.

Nothing wrong with his racesuit, its a personal opinion that young riders should wear something a little less flash, much like at a lot of premiership football academies players are only allowed to wear black boots. As for ego i thought he looked a bit full of himself, hopefully he is as you say very grounded and good luck to him he is learning far more in each meeting on the continent than he will doing lap after lap on his own.I dont know the situation with Australia but if he is eligible to ride a 500 down under at his age maybe he should be encouraged to try and get on the Young Brits trip.Getting time off school would oviously be an issue.

He rode in a individual meeting in Germany a few weeks ago and finished runner up i think against good standard opposition.Exceptional talent for his age
