Oxford v Glasgow - Play Offs - 13 Sept

As an Oxford supporter, even though this is our second season back. Tom Brennan must have ridden here in 8 or 9 meetings and not pulled up any trees in any of them. Maybe it's just a bogey track for him, lots of riders have them. Does Martin Dugard still assist him ? -

That track that TB feared for his safety on, according to you, was the same one Bomber set a new track record on.

Csaba Hell Was he the rider Glasgow signed same time as Nagy ? Only other Hungarians I can think of from the upright era are Sandor Thiyani and Attila Stefani who rode for Oxford as Mark Frost

Maybe it's time to change air fence design, so that when viewed from above each panel is a parallelogram with 45 degree angles at each end. Fence then would slot together and the joint pointing in opposite direction to that of potential impact. -
What's it got to do with SW ? From what I know about drug testing. You pee into a sterilised container while being watched. The sample is divided into two. Sample A and Sample B In the Olympics etc samples are sent to the lab for testing. If A is positive the competitor can choose to have B tested( maybe in a different lab ?) Obviously at Speedway when they have sample they do a diptest of A if it comes up non negative then Sample B is sent to a lab for testing. Some drugs both medical and recreational can leave detectable traces in your system for weeks never mind days. As an example when we had paper banknotes if you did a finger swab of anyone who worked in an environment where lots of notes were handled. Most would show traces of Cocaine.

If I was the Birmingham owner I'd have sacked him on the spot. Stuff the league position, he was totally out of order. -

So why didn't Poole put a fit rider in. Ben Cook is a great little rider. His brother ain't too shabby. Why not use Zach, Kyle or Anders at least those three are actual racers. -

Charles Wright shouldve been out for knocking Simon Lambert off. Then in the rerun he moved at the start but it took the referee almost half a lap to put the red lights on. As for Batchelor he should be thrown out of the meeting. Dickie The Gater apparently unhappy with the track, yet he rides Poole every week. -

It would have to be a monsoon for it to be called off. App I use has no rain after 11am today. Amazes me that all these weather Apps use the same information and all usually give different forecasts. There was some heavy showers from 3am but none since 6:30. I'm about a mile from the track. -

I'm so old I can remember the stories of a former Poole rider apparently sitting in the kiddies train at Macdonalds after Poole meetings -
