  1. https://www.racingpost.com/news/britain/entain-chief-executive-to-step-down-with-immediate-effect-after-less-than-six-months-in-the-role-asAEM5D7YI1Y/ Maybe a new Chief Executive will have different ideas.
  2. Just an idea, if it doesnt cause conflict with the current tv deal is to get BSN and the various tracks own streaming services to compile a 50 minute or so weekly show. Hawk it around the terrestial channels and see if anyone bites. I've said 50 minutes as this would allow time for advert breaks to fit an hour slot.
  3. Can't beat a bit of positivity I can't say nothing about R.E.D. campers as I've not been in the market for buying one. But if I was up in that neck of the woods and needed a new tyre I'd be heading to STS due to the amount of times I've seen their logo on various riders racesuits etc. Embrace sponsors of every club.
  4. Cheetahs team sponsor announced SD Timmo car sales
  5. There used to be a bookie at Oxford for a season or two a couple of years before the closure.
  6. BetGoodwin are the new team sponsors of Oxford Spires. https://oxfordspeedway.club/2025/01/oxford-speedway-announces-betgoodwin-as-title-sponsor-for-oxford-spires/
  7. So how do you know he wanted to ride for Oxford and the poster you were replying to was wrong ?
  8. You've missed the point Why wasn't he in Oxford plans for 2025 ? I have no idea of falling outs etc behind the scenes. That's why I said there's a minimum of two sides to every story Bomber if I remember correctly said in his statement that it will all come out in his book. Let's see what he says when it comes out. Hopefully not for a fair few years.
  9. But there's also generally a minimum of two sides to a story.
  10. Why not have Poole use their CL team and all the Sheffield riders start from a 15m handicap both home and away. IMO it would even things up a bit. Even better if a temporary set of tapes could be rigged up.
  11. I honestly cannot understand why so many people post on here about late and missing deliveries, IMO it shows a great publication in a very poor light, when the problems are out of the publishers hands.
  12. Sundays last season, i'm pretty sure most NDL teams rode at weekends where possible.
  13. Where there's a will there's a way would be my guess re Oxford running three teams, the Chargers were getting crowds some CL teams would be envious of. Plenty of fans around the country want weekly, or at worst fortnightly home meetings, at Oxford they get it. Plus Coventry, Reading and Swindon aren't too far away so their fans will travel occasionally to get their fix.
  14. Looks very good, but who knows how much his track kiss at the end of the season will affect him, some riders take forever and a day to get their mojo back. You can do thousands of laps, but you don't know how you'll react till the day four of you want the same spot going into the first turn.
  15. In my defence, I only saw he had signed, i didn't read the article on the website.
  16. Top entertainer, never see him give up, didn't he have a disability too ?
  17. He's either a 4 or 4.5 as there's no assessed average of 5 for the PL. Unless the regulations for 2025 have been tweaked from the 2024 regulations
  18. Only There's a few teams who'd be happy with that.
  19. Tomas Topinka had a very unusual style IMO, but wow he was quick, just seemed to have the knack of getting the wheels in line very quickly. Could've gone to the very top but the effects of the concussions slowed him down. Plus judging by the last photo of him i saw a few years back he must be sponsored by Nivea, he still looks like he's in his 20s.
