I hope Stoke continue, enjoy my trips from Brum on the odd saturday night, dont go to as many as I would like to. Now that leicester have gone EL, my trips there will be just when the brummies are there and will get a few more meetings in at Stoke, they are both about the same distance for me.

Good idea, should the bspa itself take over the licence and run thoses events, all the super 7s( sorry nearly laughed myself there, its the word super does it to me everytime) and the world cup meeting as it is a FIM track.

Its not the supporters that would complain, the promotion at Cov would be the problem.

It will be same as last season a rule change here and there, call meetings off after 8 heats, to cheat the supporters again out of money. Nothing changes and the team with the most money will win the league.

I do know the difference between a speedway engine and another type of engine and all Ive seen all season are blokes on speedway engines.

Im so glad I didnt bother to go, I was all set to start off and decided not to bother. I must admit the presentation takes a lot to desire, from a bloke who goes all over the place to watch the sport, its sadly lacking at Leicester.

Start from stratch, 7 new riders, get our own number 1, not somebody esles cast off or one year wonder. Learn to gate on our own track and ride as a team, look for each other if Ward, holder or lindgren are 30 yards in front of you look round and see what your team mate is doing, you dont always have to win the race. Not the best meeting Ive seen this season, but not bad, Lions outclassed the bees, Hansen looking good again. They got on with it as well, finished just before 8pm. Cant see the bees picking up the trophy.

Just as a matter of interest, does anybody know who is riding for who, havent been following this as I was going to Stoke, rained off again, blast. so hoping to come to Leicester instead.

I think you need to watch the sky coverage, as Danny goes down there is a huge cheer, it annoyed me on the night and since watching the TV coverage, it has really shown what the Poole supporters who cheered that night think of riders who fall off, I add not all of the supporters cheered but the ones that did in the main stand also jumped to there feet to cheer.

What time do the gates open, looking good.

Enjoyed the meeting, some good racing, impressed with hansen, kept moving along nicely till the semi and final, long delay between each and it ruined the final as the rain had got very heavy by then. Why they cant speed it up is beyond me, most riders have two bikes, why dosent the mechinc just put the new tyre on the wheel of the spare bike as they nearly always bring two bikes and slip the wheel from one to the other, hence speeding up the meeting and beating the rain. Or better still just have 20 heats and then we can go home.

If you go EL say goodbye to weekend speedway, poland on sunday and every two weeks a GP on a saturday, not to mention the week you have to go to eastbourne.

A bit like the huge cheer that went up at Poole when danny King fell off it got the loudset cheer of the night, glad he got up and walked away.

Hope its on want to come and watch some honest racing, fed up of the elite(ha), all the back biting and rule fixing has got on my nerves.

I dont think its a one off, isnt Redcar in the same postion and maybe leicester, not sure so dont quote me on it.

Slightly disappointing, havent seen any of this any where. Hoped they would show it at Rye in the KOC final the bikes where there but no action. Seemed odd not having them race around.
