  1. Errr point of order. I never said I liked BB I just don't dislike him quite as much as I used to!!
  2. Paco because I feel sorry for him. But if I really can't vote for him then I suppose it should be Ben Woofer for.......... a) being the first to recognise/appear to appreciate us continuing to recognise us after each race having the guts to ride for Ippo in his Panties kevlars. c) because I have always disliked him in the past and now don't dislike him quite as much
  3. Panties are lucky they don't have dog racing on other nights at the stadium and obviously don't have the same planning constraints. There are houses next door to Armadiddle and a planning application in to redevelop the stadium into more houses so absolutely it would be crazy to alienate the locals and the council even more. If a Monday was possible it would be another loss maker and the club has lost a fortune already this season having had 9 postponements and other rain affected meetings. Edinburgh's alternative night is Saturday and that was no good to Peterborough either. As for 3 dates they could be the following 3 Fridays.
  4. Jeez that's horrendous injuries. Poor lad - hope he makes a good recovery.
  5. We'll probably let you win to make you feel better.
  6. Champs v Ippo confirmed for Friday 30th September. Wrong thread I know!!
  7. Why are you in such a breakneck rush? There don't seem to be any other Play-off Quarter Final matches scheduled up to 27th September according to the BSPA site. The grand final has tended to be in the last few days of October when the weather is cold wet and bleak!! Here's your hat what's your hurry!!
  8. It also says Premier League Knockout Cup on the 30th and we are already out of that! I suppose the home match v ippo will depend on when your Team Manager can map out a route to Armadiddle!
  9. Are ippo there next Friday? Haven't heard that. A double header would be another big financial loss maker on top of the 9 home postponements. Still have to fit in the home match against the Weegies too.
  10. Indeed. Easily missed but so important! Can't believe the whole strategy was based on beating Worky at home. Surely not? I said at the time Worky could spring a surprise. They had enough riders with a showground pedigree.
  11. Kevin Wolbert is riding at Edinburgh on Friday and Pardubice on Sunday.
  12. Only heard one non-official person mention the DVLA licence. So don't know the real story. But I suppose if a medic says he's fit then that's a more up to date status. But I hope the lad does what's sensible for his health.
