  1. Sorry folks - going to have to miss the drama tonight. Damned virus has come back so no Wagon Wheels either.
  2. That might be because it keeps stopping for a nibble and gets an energy boost though. Maybe you need to buy Tom B. a pack of Wagon Wheels - the jam ones in the blue pack!!
  3. I'm sure Max Dilger and Rafa are looking for team places.
  4. That made the averages work really well.
  5. Ho ho ho - so droll. You should be in the stand - this one http://www.thestand.co.uk/whats-on/Glasgow
  6. Think you were staring at a home loss anyway but with Shanes in for them now it certainly looks more likely.
  7. Ben rode for us in the play-offs against ippo last season and against Somerset. Rode very steadily and scored a few points in each match. Even beat BWD!! He'll do as a 2 pointer.
  8. 28/29 is only old when you are a schoolboy/girl!!
  9. So?? Cookie will be 30 on the day we visit (Sunday week) and Danny King is nudging 31. What age was Tiger Louis when he started? We get far too fixated with age in speedway. It's down to how good you are not how old you are.
  10. To be honest I haven't noticed much improvement in the racing. And watching the racing at the Showground on Sunday I was struck by how much more entertaining it was there with a feast of overtaking on inside and outside lines. Maybe it was the track or maybe it was the quality of the opposition but the racing was certainly a lot better. Sorry.
  11. If it rains throughout the land for the next 6 months we will have won the league in May. Unless Berwick's track covers help them.
  12. Since we only went down by 3 with our seriously weakened team, newcy should be looking for the 3 points from this.
