I also read that as of yesterday Deek was very doubtful to ride because of an allergic reaction to a wasp sting. He has today confirmed he will ride, but our reserve strength could be a bit suspect tonight. Need the other 5 to be on song.

With Dryml as number 3 now, and Roynon on a 6 & a half average when he'll do well to average half of that in the remaining fixtures, and with Hall not having ridden speedway for months, and with the likely low-scoring Dilger at reserve, Panthers look very much the underdogs to me. Having said that, i will be delighted if Roynon & Dilger make BIG scores,

Jacobs is in his 6th season. Started in 2009.

But the League cup is run in groups so teams are not out after the first match.

But running the cup competitions after the league programme can keep the interest going longer, especially for those out of contention in the league.

Never been a fan of Jacobs. Improvement has been desperately slow. Dilger on a big track might surprise you.

Just wait till we get Aaron back!
