Bates has beaten the mighty Jason Doyle round Armadale's tight confines!! And I think Bates has improved a bit since then!! And I don't think Liam Carr is quite ready for PL action yet.

And Sedgy hopefully gives us good cover in heat 8. Could be a fair bit closer than it usually is against Sheffo. Would be nice if Cleggy could convert some of his NL scores to bigger PL ones. Against Sheffo's strong reserves this could be important. .
