Don't think the track was rubbish either.
Certainly there were a few ding dongs battles quite late in the meeting.
And Cookie had at least 2 very quick times, though you have to be quick to see them on the Sky screen!!
56.15 in heat 4 or 5 and a 56.2something in an earlier one.
Given the TR is apparently 56.08 set in 2007 and this season's fastest was 56.44 by young Kurtz only last Friday then the track can't have been that bad.
Certainly heat 13 was one to remember for a long time.
I think it's much more useful than just the basic averages since the harder rides have extra value.
I would like to see the table extended beyond just the top 10.
Thought you were good at bets George?
You'll probably get 20/1 for that.
Worth a tenner or your money.
Are there TR's in the league cup?
(apart from Cookie being super quick obviously.)
Sorry I meant 200/1.
Yep - I acknowledged that a while ago.
Does depend on him being available for the next 3 matches though otherwise he might be a bit tight for the PO quarter finals.
And assumes he doesn't score too highly.
But the commentary team spout so much cr*p every week I might just take that with a pinch of salt.
They sounded so bitter tonight.
Even switched the mic off rather than let us hear Smiler!
Good max from him tonight though.
Can only beat what's in front of you.
Well not if you're Somerset.
"who's your rider to watch kelvin? Got to be Brady kurtz Nige. "
Err that went well... 0,2,2,1,1.
Gets his average down a bit I suppose.
So who will Gary May be bringing in?
It was a gater's paradise that night - and we didn't.
I hate to say I had my first visit back to Armadale in a long time that night.
The disappointment remains large.
