Errr - last year we were only able to keep 3 from the previous season!!
(Lost Max Fricke, Stevie Worrall, Deek Sneddon & Aaron Fox.)
At least this season they've let us keep 4.
I agree it's poor elsewhere too but I find it's made that bit worse at Ippo because you have the car track which pushes you back from the action more.
Probably just my failing eyesight though!
Reading Gregor Fisher's autobiography at the moment - but I can do that thanks to my superior Scottish (East Coast) education.
Interesting (and troubled) childhood he had.
Lambert has a contract with Peterborough.
Maybe he didn't get any other EL offer?
Feel free to argue with me on the Edinburgh thread if you want to discuss Edinburgh's possible attempt to sign a rider when he gets a UK passport as required by the new rules.
Can't think George!!
But I hope you appreciate him!
And I think Lee Payne might be the other one!!
And then there's the other two that started riding in 2009 and 2010 respectively.
And one of their new teams was doing a fair bit of creativity last season.
And of course BWD was born in New Zealand.
Buy hey ho - you only want blood because it's us!
I also heard a wee rumour that because Mitch has missed the last couple of seasons through injury he is entitled to a reduction in the 3.0 starting average.
Only a rumour you understand!!
That post was so original and good that you had to Like it yourself!!
Wowser.
It was a different way of team building.
So many "experts" have long stated that a top quality is essential to win the league.
But we won in 2014 with a team that had pretty poor reserves by the end of the season.
So we tried it again in 2015 with a pair of very inexperienced youngsters.
Neither rider was expected to score many but the hope/expectation was that they would learn enough to kick on this season.
And they would have done I'm sure ....................
