  1. Half term though, so some families will be on holiday and more kids than normal.
  2. Ummm, what is happening with Glasgow weather? On Weds it is going to be 26c they just said on the news! So lots of watering the track for Friday!
  3. That is what I think anyway. Funny how he signs soon as there is a break but not before. And Poland not going to want him to be sitting around. Him getting meetings in UK in 5 week break keeps his match fitness up and benefits them.
  4. I think Poland have decided it is okay when he is on a break. Be interesting to see if he stays at Scunny when he is back riding for his Polish team.
  5. Same people who own Berwick though and with their admission policy a good chance it would affect the crowd.
  6. Poole Pirates Speedway Website (Official) (poole-speedway.com) This will be the fifth time in the club's history that they have ridden a knockout cup tie against Oxford, but the first time for twenty years, when the Pirates earned a 100-80 aggregate semi-final victory before going on to lift the Elite League Knockout Cup trophy by beating Coventry 90-88. Nothing will ever beat the 2003 season! Teams: Oxford: 1 Sam Masters 2 Cameron Heeps 3 Lewis Kerr 4 Jordan Jenkins 5 Scott Nicholls (Capt) 6 Henry Atkins 7 Ryan Kinsley Team manager Peter Shroeck Poole: 1 Steve Worrall (Capt) 2 Anders Rowe 3 Ben Cook 4 Zach Cook 5 Richard Lawson 6 Kyle Newman 7 Adam Roynon Team manager Neil Middleditch Hopefully they have a guest lined up for Richard in case he realises during the Leicester meeting, he isn't quite fit yet.
  7. What the 10 grand? More likely Poland told him to ride in UK to keep match fitness up whilst he has 5 week break imo. Yeah too right. Not cheap to go to KL. See the least he can do is look like he wants to celebrate a title win. Looked a bit awkward to me.
  8. Well hope he was told 2 words!! First begins with f.
  9. Trouble is you don't want to go have a go too much at him otherwise it could wreck team spirit, have to get the balance right. Just seemed to look a bit left out when you saw him in the pits at Wolves and Poole last season when meetings were on TV and streamed. Although maybe he just likes his own space? Scunny prob better fit for him.
  10. Starke one is difficult, as he doesn't have the Prem as well like last season and a break in meetings for Plymouth isn't going to help. Richie and Kyle seem to be fit again. How is Turner? You really need him to be back!
  11. Not sure Lewy agrees with you. Plymouth aren't a bad team, not sure you need changes. Sure the form will turn around.
  12. This might come back to bite you! As really 5 of them can realistically get 6-7+ points a meeting and carry Nathan at tracks he might not like. And Dougy getting his usual 12+
  13. He is not going to get away with a teenage strop with MPT and Simon Lambert in the team! Bet Scunny are gutted they were at Poole last week and not this week!
  14. I assume Richie is riding for Peterborough on Monday considering he is apparently guesting for Glasgow on Tues and guested last night for Edinburgh.
  15. I am assuming a Poole HL would have been guesting for Redcar if we weren't riding as well.
  16. Maybe Glasgow just went there at the wrong time. Never easy to go to an away track when they have just lost at home as they are more determined to put it right, although I did think it would be a 48-42 score.
  17. Interesting that they have changed their minds now though as after the meeting it was 'there wasn't a gap'
  18. Leicester are at Peterborough on Monday so be interesting to see if he does or doesn't ride in that. Prob gives us an answer.
  19. Going by our home form recently it will probably be a lot closer! Apparently Richard is aiming to be back next week. Not sure that is a good idea though, if he's not fit. People think if he wasn't in hospital he would have tried to ride last Weds! So a guest maybe needed, but Redcar and Glasgow also riding on Tuesday.
  20. He not even riding for Edinburgh tonight as he has a back injury apparently
