i did notice that when georgie was interviewing him, he answered the questions to chris louis and didn't really look at georgie which was surprising!

think you read my post the wrong way. i'm not saying he should be praising all the british riders.

to be fair he does praise riders, its just that they're not usually british!

but the riders we have can finish the races, they just find it hard to be leading them!!

the problem is when the british riders make a bad start to a meeting, especially in the world cup it takes a lot to get them going. plus the team spirit doesn't sound too good, even if denmark had made a bad start, i'm sure the team spirit would have still been there to pull them through it.

yet, everyone last year was saying he should have been in the team instead of kennett and this year when he is everyone starts moaning!!

after one match! stead and allen should be trying to prove to him why they should have been picked for the race off. it should act as a motivation.

it was unfair on simon to put him in the team anyway. he's been struggling all year. its probably his worst season in the elite league and yet he's picked for the world cup, doesn't make sense even if it is at coventry.

hoping the aussies can give them a run for their money. interesting that the aussies have a team of ex/current poole riders and do a lot better than a team of ex/current coventry riders!!

like what exactly? a lot of airlines do double book people on their flights.

the final of the gp qualifers was at poole in 2003.

i'm not trying to make it sound like he's a victim, perhaps i should have worded it differently!! just meant its a shame his flight got delayed and couldn't make it on time, so he could have his chance to qualify like everyone else.

that is very true. but at least they got the chance. we'll never know if davey would have qualified now.

gutted for davey. was hoping he was gonna complete mission impossible and get to the track on time.
