He did do it on the night once, but it was a bit chaotic! I was halfway down in the queue for it and had to wait 45 mins for it! I'm not saying BV should have given refunds on the Saturday but should have been info on how to get a refund.

If Matt Ford made BV fans wait this long for a refund if a Poole/BV meeting was off say, their fans would go nuts!! But it's okay when BV do it 👎

They could send Louis and Tatum for a track inspection a week before! And it takes nearly 3 hours to say 'we are just going to do some more work and test but at the moment meeting is on etc...' For example.
