Poole did tonight for £10 so pretty similar or if they change it to all then just the same.

I thought that was about doubling up, that after two successive years they had to do full time to EL or PL. But that was a few years ago so may have changed.

Hmm, I seem to remember Masters passing two Poole riders in one of his heats. Plus Wright and PK kept passing each other in one heat too and in another Rory and Newman did. Plus Howarth and maybe Ellis. That is just from the top of my head! You obviously weren't there then One of the better meetings at Poole, racing wise.

But he needs someone to spanner for him! Hope they find someone.

Depends on each rider. Some don't mind moving about from club to club and some want to stay at one club.

I don't mean this in a horrible way but BV's future is a bit more secure than Coventry's. I can see Fricke being like Crump was to BV.

I think Matt would choose those three Aussies anyway. But yeah would be good to see Darcy have some team selection input at Poole

I'd be surprised if Fricke wanted to leave BV esp with the setup they have there.

Why would Fricke leave BV though? Better prepared track and better team manager. Only get him if BV couldn't fit him imo.

And saw a Wolves fan stay for the whole of the Darcy Ward talk which didn't finish til 10.45 so fair play to them for that! Wolves kept Poole honest til heat 11 though. Score line prob flatters us a tiny bit, but Masters looked good for the most part and Howarth doing better than I've seen when Wolves have been on tv. Think I would have given ROTN to Holder though.

Yeah!! They have either changed their mind, announce it at the meeting or too preoccupied with getting a replacement for next 2 nights!

Sure a poster said yesterday that he wasn't going to ride on Sweden and Poole was his first meeting back.

Poor Bjarne 😡 When I saw his tweet last night knew he wouldn't be riding. No one would. Thoughts are with him. Good to see Poole are working with 'the powers that be' about who can ride tonight and tomorrow.

Cos you normally do Poole bashing!! I would have thought whoever was better at BV would get the nod. But as BV are obviously scared of riding us there it is hard to know how Ellis would do there.

My first live speedway of the season. Looking forward to it. Famous last words, but weather forecast looks okay at the moment. I would say Poole by 8.

I did wonder if they would try and do that!
