  1. Practice if Redcar make it to the final. Not that Richard needs practice round there, mind you! Good job Glasgow called it off early then
  2. Tbf what does anyone expect it is Rob Lambert and Tai we are doing about. They have never been nice have they? Hopefully they be kept out of British Speedway for the rest of their career, won't hold my breath though. Do you mean Phil Morris? Nick is serving a ban of his own!
  3. https://britishspeedway.co.uk/calendar/2023-fixtures-results/ Scunny are at Redcar on Friday. Preview maybe today? Redcar preview: https://www.instagram.com/p/CyAZ0OBtihq/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
  4. That would be ridiculous considering we still got KO cup to fit in yet.
  5. It was Poole Vs Scunny in the playoff group. Edit - oh and well done Glasgow. Only a full 8 days to moan about our track lol.
  6. Hmmm. You did get 37 last time and r/r for Novak got 2. Think Tarasenko might get a few more than that! Easier rides for Tom as well. I don't mind who we face, so hoping for a superheat tonight.
  7. But if he was fit, he would be riding for Sheffield on Tues not Glasgow? Or is it whoever arranged their fixture first?
  8. No. Prem playoffs on Eurosport/Discovery. BSN announced the KOC final was their last showing of the Prem this season.
  9. Last winter the rumour was 38 at one point and they didn't do that, so hopefully they won't do 36. Taking 4 points off is a lot! But assuming it is to phase out doubling up for top end riders. Doubling up should just be for riders transitioning from Champ to Prem to see if they are ready for it, especially if they are widening the gap.
  10. I vaguely remember that. Wasn't that year the last time we had one big league of 20?
  11. You just change the rules to stop so many doubling up. When first started it was just for British U25s.
  12. Pretty sure Eurosport said it before that a few years ago. But not sure if they are of the same opinion any more. If Brum are riding on a Monday, I wonder if there will be some restrictions on doubling up. Like your average has to be under 7.5. So people like Dougie, Masters, Harris etc can't do it.
  13. So 1 or 2 clubs will need to move up. Sure Eurosport said there needs to be at least 6 for them to cover it a few years ago. Unless they have changed their minds. So who is going to draw the shortest straw?
  14. Better hope they have a big enough trophy to fit all that on it!
  15. How likely is this one league thing? Or are they going to stick with Prem and Champ, going with the rumour Birmingham are moving up, so would make Prem a 6 and Champ an 8 (assuming Edinburgh confirm).
  16. I would assume he is doing either Sweden or Denmark instead of Championship.
  17. https://x.com/ianbrannan/status/1707072038639202630?s=20 Latest I have seen.
  18. Tbf didn't Batch get 9 at Poole for Brum, so prob do better than r/r?
  19. Prob because of the cut off. I don't mind cut off being extended as it has happened a million times before. Why did Oxford ask Redcar to ride with half a team when they were not prepared to do the same themselves? Both teams should have been treated the same and they haven't imo.
  20. Don't see why we can't as long as the Tuesday meeting gets a result. But we may not want to as surely Poole would want to second leg, so potentially be at Oxford next Weds or Glasgow next Friday and ride following Weds at home? Although sometimes I prefer having the first leg at home as long as you build up a decent lead the other team is playing catch up.
  21. https://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/news/23815914.police-arrest-man-car-stopped-cemetery-junction/ Think this what they were talking about. Wimborne Road in Bournemouth! Tbf there are a lot of Wimborne Road's around this area!
