I love that now Ellis is at Swindon, he is the best young brit but last season you said Bates was better. Funny how your opinion changes if they are not at Poole!
Will be interesting to see which one works best, Poole's strength in depth or Swindon's top heavy side. However if you are ever going to field a strength in depth side then I think the coming season is the time to do it.
I love how everyone is worried about our team building. Bless. After Grachan complaining about Poole fans on the Swindon thread, does the same on the Poole one!
Exactly. You just 3-3 races Doyle is in. I do agree that the average is an excuse on why Chris is leaving, not sure it's got anything to do with the track though.
It is not a fact til it actual happens. Kyle's average could increase, so could Brady's. So that's two riders so far in your ten percent. Josh Bates would probably increase too. In first half of last season who held the team together it was Hans not Chris Holder! I don't want two weak riders in the 1-5 to accommodate Chris, we have done a lot of seasons with top heavy teams. Time for strength in depth. Let's see how Swindon get on with it.
Be interesting to see if he does sign for anyone else. KK is a point lower, probably a better option for Coventry especially if you're keeping Garrity.
No guarantee Chris starting well, it took over half the season to get going last year, if that happened again then we would lose a lot of meetings. I'm sure Matt had a team down that included Chris, he obviously didn't think it was worth it.
