Trouble with it is it depends on each persons relationship with food. Some people eat more when they feel sad. So telling someone in that scenario that they are obese will have a bad effect. If you are going to go down that route then the other person needs to be half way there in hearing it. You can lose a fair bit of weight by cutting down on portion size!
