Firstly as I've said it's happened before and didn't KL announce Milik the other year when they hadn't even spoke to Poole about using him!! So maybe revenge?! Secondly, it wouldn't bother me if other teams announce Poole team news. I don't really care who announces it as long as it is announced! Thirdly, I guess you are talking about Starman which you will have to take up with him! Nothing to do with me.

It's happened before when other clubs announce other people's signings. I think you are overreacting a bit, it's not like it is a shock/surprise signing or anything! Edit - Also will you be telling Porsing off for announcing two riders??!

It's not about who is the better no1. It is about having a more balanced side. Having KK means having 1.5 points extra. Why is that so hard to understand?

We will see, considering he still has personal stuff going on, it may still affect him. Chris was good in GPs and Poland but not great in UK last year. Maybe he'll do better next year, he bloomin' well should in this league!

No one said he was crap but I did point out he struggled in first half the season (by his standards anyway). So was questioning the 'maximums every week' comment, which is untrue.

I wouldn't have agreed with the management if they kept Chris, too many points used. I went to Poole before Matt was promoter so you can slag him and Middlo off all you like Gavan but he has turned the club around a lot. Deserves credit for that. I thought that was who it was! Was trying to work it out last night.

Well Chris did alright from July onwards but still had a few dodgy away meetings! Matt said about him having personal problems (considering how much Watt's personal problems affected him, probably didn't want to risk it again with another rider!) Also he didn't seem to want to have a poor balanced side for the sake of one rider. Also get the feeling he felt bad for keeping KK out of the team for so long so wanted to give him another shot. Tbf he did say all UK tracks were rubbish (I used a more polite word than he did! ) so that includes KL!

Still have to get decent riders to sign though otherwise crowd levels will fall whether there isn't much sports competition in the area or not. You still think the crowd level would be the same if we had the Coventry team along with Horton? No chance! What have we lost exactly?

Maximum's most weeks??! Look at first couple of months of last season. He was struggling it was Hans who was riding like no1 then and slightly covering for him so we were still winning meetings. I thought Matt was very open in his reasons about not using Holder in 2017. So fair play to him for that cos he didn't have to.

Not exactly have an objective opinion do you Gavan? I like to see the teams come up do well. Maybe I just expected too much from Somerset. Thought it would be better tbh.

Hmm, I would have expected Somerset to put out a better line up tbh. They do know they have moved up a league, right? As for Chris Holder signing for them, not very likely with them being a Friday night track. Was more likely to be at KL imo.

If Kurtz knew maybe he should have told Matt and then we could have got Holder to drop his average
