  1. Maybe he wants as many meetings as he can get. Also Poole fans on social media have been sending supportive messages to him since the beginning of the season and hasn't changed since he has been dropped. In fact it prob has increased. Maybe that is a factor as well.
  2. How many points do Oxford have available? Also Kerr back to KL now...
  3. Looks like Max Perry is guesting on Weds. Also Ben and Tom swap places.
  4. Last night was only the second time he has ridden this home track though! Also it isn't completely irrelevant as some of the riders who beat last night he would be facing in the Championship anyway like Ablitt when Scunny are down, Joe Thompson when Plymouth visit. Same with Max James and Edinburgh, Trigger and Mulford with Redcar etc. Although I will give that last night was more riders at a similar level than what he gets at Championship. To me last night was more about track time for him. Shame he picked up an injury as I think he would have the beating of the Edinburgh reserves imo.
  5. I would have thought Poole's rent goes up each year, maybe something to take into account. Other clubs might give in to riders wage demands more easily depending on how much they are competing with other clubs for a signature.
  6. Max was signed before his crash. How many times do you need to be told the same thing!! If the Poole management want to change the team it is up to them. Their money at the end of the day. Oh, it doesn't matter if it was a three rider race. He still scored when you said he hadn't. So you were still wrong.
  7. He has scored a point thanks Gav, at Oxford. Plus he got 10 last night, same as Max.
  8. Vinnie has a fractured wrist from the crash last night. He has an appointment next Weds to see if he needs surgery.
  9. It doesn't prove anything unless you have their contracts where it says how much they are getting paid! Seems Vinnie's injury worse than first thought and has a fractured wrist.
  10. How do you work that out when they moved down to save money lol Hmm, missed out the context there I see. Also I don't envy anyone trying to prepare a track when it has been 27c last 3 days, and can't remember last time it rained. Easy to criticise though isn't it when you are not the one doing it? Not like Plymouth would be any better though tbf.
  11. I think riders need to be doing 3 leagues to get enough meetings in. So can only see him dropping Champ if he gets a team place in Sweden or Denmark next year.
  12. Leicester have said in their preview they can use Edwards as he isn't a rising star for Sheffield 'In his place the Lions have booked Jason Edwards who is available on the Rising Star list as he does not race in that position for Sheffield.'
  13. Leicester saying 'facial injury' on their preview.
  14. I don't get why people do that. Not like Drew excluded Chris!
  15. Some fans appreciate it when a rider apologises for a bad night, if you do and don't have twitter here it is: https://x.com/Leon_Flint1/status/1804250098135924854
  16. If you look at MPT average not much choice. All Poole HLs are too high, so really just Zach Cook. Plymouth only ones can use are everyone below Barker (not really HLs). Worky could have Vissing, Tate but prob not fit yet or fly in Vuolas. Oh, not Vissing actually as you not at home! Bit unlucky there as averages are so close!
  17. Yes, maybe time to get rid of superheat as now the Daily Echo saying we lost the meeting! If the media struggle with it prob best to scrap it tbh.
  18. We didn't actually lose though! It was a draw after 15 that is why we have a league point
  19. They signed him before that happened. They insinuated in the press that if the injury happened before that, they prob wouldn't have but they didn't want to go back on it.
  20. Thomsen actually got 3+2. Which included a 5-1 with Lawson in H11 beating Scott Nicholls.
