  1. Nothing he can do about it though, Poland own the weekends. I am far from happy with the situation that has confronted us. Anders has been forced to miss our meeting at Redcar as his Polish club, Ostrow, have ordered him to be available for their re-arranged fixture at Lodz and we have been told that we need to release him. This, in my view, contravenes the agreement our governing body has with the Polish Federation and it is extremely frustrating. Under the agreement, this clash of dates should have fallen in our favour, as he is a British rider and it is not his club's regular race night. I am so annoyed that we have not had the support from our association in this matter. In no way do I blame Anders." "He finds himself between a rock and a hard place, I know he feels bad about having to miss our trip to Redcar but I feel that we owe it to British fans for the authorities to face up to these unacceptable pressures applied by Polish clubs." https://www.poole-speedway.com/news/view/20250724-keen-kerr-ready-for-redcar-encounter-as-ford-sees-red
  2. Haha, as much fun it is posting on here. I had to be up at 3.30am for work for an 11 hour shift, so thought I'd catch up later today. Glad to see you missed me though lol 😆
  3. What others? Do you mean like Glasgow? Oh wait who got the BP again? Or do you mean Edinburgh? Oh no, try again? What about Scunny? Oh wait. How about if KL can win on aggregate against Ipswich, everyone can. Apart from you know it doesn't work like that! Well done to Worky for getting BP, good to see a close meeting for a change 👍
  4. Not sure who had the better debut him or Mitch Mcdurmid. Both beat Lawson, although Mitch had it slightly easier at reserve. Also been a very long time since Jye has ridden Poole that well. Getting away from Berwick seems to be working for him.
  5. They'll go just for Scott though imo. Plus it probably still better option than the Spires.
  6. He did, so Worky fan misquoting then. As no one else mentioned gating. Havvy just said it was slick. Edit - fair play to Tate for coming down to Poole to watch/support (Worky) the meeting. Didn't have to do that.
  7. It was a rider that said it! Seeing as they are the ones riding the track, I'm sure they know more than any fan.
  8. Hot humid weather up north? Surely not. 😯 It was a quote from Zach. Sure he'd be happy to have a conversation about it with you 👍
  9. Not really. Anytime Starke gets 4+ it's been an ok meeting for him.
  10. Well they both got the same score from same amount of rides looking at updates site.
  11. But will that go into overriding and trying too hard? Better for him not think too much about it being at Poole imo. Although Hook not great at Poole in the past so Vinnie will need to get 5+ if Worky are going to get BP.
  12. I just meant compared to 2019. Even if you just go on ST sales.
  13. Poole get better attendances than when last in the Prem and no GP stars. They are not the be all and end all imo. They are great to have but you cannot hold other clubs to ransom for sake for 4-6 riders.
  14. And that's why you don't use r/r unless prepared to bring a no8 with you, someone could get injured or be riding with an injury where they need to withdraw (or ill in this case.)
  15. surprised not a thread for this yet. Redcar “Agilia” Bears 1 – Charles Wright (c) 8.80 2 – Jake Mulford 4.87 3 – Jason Edwards 6.23 4 – Jye Etheridge (G) 7.17 5- Danny King 8.47 6- Jody Scott 2.00 7- Ace Pijper 3.21 ™: Gavin Parr
  16. When have they ever done that? Prem want to stick to their boring league then that's up to them. But just try not to drag the Championship down with them.
  17. Let them worry about their own rubbish show. Championship way more the competitive league now. We don't even know who will finish bottom anymore let alone who gets 3rd and 4th in the playoffs! *as if I used the word rubbish - guess we are in PG mode lol *
  18. They don't. They might moan a bit. The only riders they boo are Barker and Craig Cook but even that not much anymore. Anyway back to the Prem!..
