Poole Vs Scunny league 24th May

Yeah, rather a guest than r/r sorry @Bagpuss !! As you only need a reserve to get injured in H2 and you will be struggling against anyone. Unless they bring a no8 in as well. -
Fair play to him as isn't he based near Glasgow?

Leicester one has a little bit more detail http://www.leicesterspeedway.com/_mobile/news.php?extend.32224.1 Lung injury and being kept in hospital for 2 days. But good news they don't think he needs surgery. -

We have more strength in depth than Plymouth though. I am easily confused! https://poole-speedway.com/news/view/20230523-lawson-misses-league-opener Doesn't say anything about concussion, just chest injuries. So hopefully he is okay for next week. -

I don't think King can as within the 8 day rule as was at Poole last week and Richard isn't a No1. -
Howarth might not be 100% as had a couple of injuries last week.

I don't have Eurosport or discovery+ so haven't seen it but I saw on twitter a fan said he looked groggy so don't think he will be riding on Weds. So similar to what you are saying. -

Don't know if any Peterborough fans saw in the Champ section that Piratecast are doing a live show on YT that will include some Q+A 's with Ben Cook this Thursday at 7pm. I am sure they will welcome any questions from Peterborough fans if anyone is interested. As I am sure they will ask about him riding in the Prem as well, although it will be more Poole based stuff.

Okay, so 16+2! Good night's work for Ben and Zach got 5+1 as well. Haven't checked the other 2 properly yet! Edit- no one noticed I messed up Zach's score then! Only on a Monday would I think 3+2=7 lol -

So far, he in H15.. -
Certainly on fire atm!

Wonder why they took him out of H11 esp when Lynn doing a tac? Unless they want him to do H15. Otherwise he would have already done 7 rides!

Flappy and TTT?

I think they will keep the Ben and Zach pairing together for as long as possible! But would be funny if they swapped it just for this one meeting, as you would have HLs at no2 and second strings at 3! -

They moved down to save money, so I doubt it. Although the sponsors that Poole have might be attractive for riders. -

Hardly a divebomb!! Think some people like over- exaggerating it a bit. -

Doesn't mean the racing will be boring, especially if Scunny gate. Oh and it will never be boring when Glasgow have Harris, Vissing and Basso! -
Oh okay. I'll let him off then!

This is the race when Sam Hagon was a bit unlucky not to get his first race win at Poole. -
First home league meeting! https://poole-speedway.com/fixtures-results/view/20230524-Poole-Pirates-v-Scunthorpe-Scorpions Teams Poole - 1 Steve Worrall (Capt) 2 Anders Rowe 3 Ben Cook 4 Zach Cook 5 Richard Lawson 6 Kyle Newman 7 Adam Roynon Team manager Neil Middleditch Scunthorpe - 1 Ryan Douglas 2 Rider Replacement for Michael Palm-Toft 3 Simon Lambert (Capt) 4 Max Clegg 5 Jake Allen 6 Nathan Ablitt 7 Connor Mountain Team manager Rob Godfrey Interesting line up switch for Scunny. Good idea to do r/r at 2. Means Dougy is in H8!!
-
Tom Brennan, best option. I think Glasgow would be okay with it, as practice for BSN final and league meetings.

Hmmm, prob just doesn't want to see Lawson after last year at Poole!!
