TJ managed to make a pass when he was miles behind at start of one of the races. But we are talking about this week rather than last week.
Edit - oh look, just seen both Berwick riders make passes in one race.
He has ridden it enough times to know! I think the first time he would have ridden Poole would have been 2003. So to say it is the best it has been since 2004 is some statement, esp when track record went in 2006!
Everyone has busy social lives and Weds is marked as speedway night?
Seriously, I have no idea why Thursday night is a problem!
Is it? Can't stand bingo myself.
Not sure we would have if we were allowed Weds nights though imo. They were losing too much money riding on Thursdays (the crowd was half what it is now).
Thought it was a good compromise myself! Or you could watch the highlights show on BBC2 as only an hour.
Tbf I only watch the England matches. Don't watch county cricket. Maybe I should as I hear Hampshire are pretty decent atm!
Maybe those if you not into cricket should start off with the T20 matches, before writing it off completely. More exciting for some as less time to get runs.
I have said countless times Poole is a slick track and not going to change. Lakeside and Rye House were the same. Not all tracks can cope with being grippy. Also Polish tracks are known for being slick as well.
What do people want? A bit more grip on the inside? Well the track staff have tried that before and the Poole riders just tell them to take it off. So that's out.
Someone wake me up when Glasgow fans stop moaning! Don't see Redcar moaning about it when they were down do you? They were laughing and joking around most of the meeting and they actually know how to gate.
