  1. Might be worth putting Zach back at 5 for a week or so as be stronger in H13 then.
  2. Kids will always want to be at the stadium rather than watch it at home and most clubs have kids going in for free for at least the summer hols. If so many clubs still do a stream can't really affect attendances, or if it does the away/neutral fans watching it makes up for it.
  3. Also quite a few clubs don't own the stadium and in Poole’s situation, stadium use is short term future (last time i heard them asked about it in the press). I think Poole fans enjoyed H15. In fact quite a few were jumping up and down. So i think they were entertained enough. Also the track was way better than in previous weeks, so will take that.
  4. "We are surprised by the hostility shown towards our riders at the stadium. They received verbal abuse throughout the meeting by the fans near the pits. The atmosphere was extremely volatile. “We are also surprised by some of the tactics used with a win at all costs attitude. “For a club of Poole’s deemed stature, that’s very sad and we don’t believe that is acceptable or necessary." This from someone who has apparently sworn at fans in the past. Is he right or is it just sour grapes after leading halfway through the meeting?
  5. Score line a bit harsh on Glasgow really. But happily have a 14 point lead. Second leg looks feisty already! Poole vs Glasgow is like last years Poole vs Oxford.
  6. Can't believe Glasgow would pick a date he can't do! Are we missing anyone?
  7. Ok, view must not be that good! Worst place to have a crash for decisions. Difficult, looked they were level to me but wrong angle to judge. Leon left a big gap, prob why he got excluded. Not like Zach went for a gap that wasn't there.
  8. It was 50/50 to me. Need an angle from other side really. Leon can say what he wants but we can't see that unless standing by the 3rd bend. I'm assuming the ref being at top of the stand, she has more of a birds eye view?
  9. Prediction wise I'd say 50-40. No way will Glasgow be that bad again, plus a bit of rain around today and tomorrow so track should be better. Teams Poole (TM Neil Middleditch) 1 Richard Lawson 2 Tobias Thomsen 3 Lewis Kerr 4 Zach Cook (Capt) 5 Anders Rowe 6 Paul Starke 7 William Cairns Glasgow (TM Cameron Brown) 1 Chris Harris (Capt) 2 Fraser Bowes (Guest) 3 Dan Thompson 4 Leon Flint 5 Kyle Howarth 6 Dayle Wood 7 Freddy Hodder
  10. What about Leicester Iain? I heard on a podcast the other day that they are considering whether to stay in the Prem or not. Sounds a bit like Poole at the end of 2019.
  11. If it's one league prob be at championship level, so good luck fitting all them in 😂
  12. As we know i am easily confused 😂 It says he moves up to 4th in the averages so assuming he'd be in top 5 or can he be 4th in the averages and still be at reserve?? If he stays at reserve I'd say Sheffield are stronger!
  13. Not sure Sheffield are weaker. Stronger with Rowe and Flint at reserve. Edit- okay maybe not. I thought RS stayed at reserve all season whatever.
  14. Just gotta see who is in for Max now. If this leg was taking place in September they could have got Ritchings!
  15. There's no denying BV are really good at home. Unless they start to keep teams to within 10 away then can't see anyone that worried tbh.
  16. Bowes is so good at Poole, he'll prob end up team riding bomber around!
  17. Tbf Cami didn't really blame the track apart from saying it was really slick. Well hope they used to it as be slick on Weds!
  18. Interesting. They were talking about this on the latest talk speedway podcast.
  19. Almost like Worky have researched where Glasgow struggle and why!
