Maybe they should do Redcar said a couple of seasons back: prepare the track for racing not the weather.

Newman only had 3 rides. They took him out for the TS ride, did they not? Not sure about Bowes. Maybe they hoped he was going to gate and pin it on the inside.

Lots of teams do this. Maybe not all afternoon but practice sessions. Nothing wrong with it imo. You must be worried if moaning about that!
