The other fact is that whilst there's only half an hour between the Coventry and Leicester stadiums not all fans are local. I know a number of fans that come from half an hour or more away in the opposite direction to Leicester. These fans are a lot less likely to make the trip to Leicester regularly

Which means someone's manipulated the list so it goes off the PL averages, which means he didn't have a higher average than the other draft riders. This then makes your original post wrong, even though I do agree with you that he has a higher average for the EL, by using the BSPA's ruling on how to classify the FTR's then he doesn't!
