  1. Has Chris Neath retired due to injury ? anyone know.
  2. It's hardly home advantage for GB. When was the last time Poole had a GB rider in the main body of their team ?
  3. How sure can you be that it will be Bomber. Nicholls, Woofy could also be in the frame
  4. I dont understand why British people dont back Brits. Some seem keen on pushing forward riders from other European countries in preference. Why not get behind your own country. Tai is a Brit, he has ridden for Team GB, said he is British out of personal choice. What is the issue with some of you ?. Dont bother answering that question, the replies will make poor reading. Give him a chance, he might do well.
  5. thatcould be right as the date was mentioned on here before
  6. LOL cant wait for your next installment.
  7. Your right about riders who think I'm from GB give me the wild card, that shouldn't happen, but we should at least treat him with respect. He's won a GP, been 6th in the world, so he is no mug. Calling him a twit and saying he is no loss is what disappoints..
  8. I agree with you. He can beat the very best when he is on top form but something is letting him down. Maybe its mental and his confidence is blown. He shouldn't get another wild card as another year of performances like 2012 would be a retrograde step. As others have said here, and in other threads, a year or two to rebuild would help. Having heard him speak on TV I reckon he is totally fed up and, as he said, cant wait for the season to end. There comes the threat to quit but I doubt that will happen after a winter off to recharge. It's disappointing that so many people on the forum do not care about him or about having a Brit in the GP's. Maybe if we got behind our riders a bit more they might do better.
  9. It seems like a private matter that's been made public dirty washing
  10. why wash your dirty linen in public. poor show
  11. You may be right, probably are with those two riders, and it doesn't take much calculation to guess those two names does it. My point is that until it's OFFICIALLY announced then it's fiction. The decision on wild cards must surely depend, and will rest, on Gorican in 2 weeks time.
  12. Either way it could work for both events to bump up numbers.
  13. who went down on the second bend looked a bad spill edit, both up and ok
  14. The GP could benefit from the cricket taking place at the same time. Maybe some of the cricket crowd could be tempted to go to the GP if it's marketed right, the GP starts at the right time and getting from one stadium to another doesn't take too long.
  15. Everything will depend on the GP Challenge. The result could give the organisers a helping hand or a big problem with wild cards.
  16. Enjoyed the GP with some excellent racing. Shame its the last GP there for a while. I thought Jonsson was going for a gap that Pedersen had every right to block off. Racing incident but because it was Nicki P it was blown out of all proportion. Glad Andreas is ok.
  17. TV shouldn't stick a camera in the face of an angry rider. They are only human, even Nicki.
  18. Because you're the only one with a differing view.
  19. That has some substance but last season was a one off with Poland confusing the issue. So I dont blame Ward for his refusal as he has to earn a living. It could also be argued that an invite could be turned down by being too young or not having the sponsorship. Tai W seems to have regreted a few things about his debut GP season as he wasn't ready with experience, equipment or back up. Darcy Ward said he was too young last season.
  20. Taking away the negative's you have over his personality would you agree he is in the Top 15 most talented riders in the world ? EDIT - your posts on the same subject have been mutltiple, said the same thing repeatedly, other posters are just stating there stance on one occasion.
