  1. The first one is open to debate currently running to 58 pages on another thread. The second one is without question correct, despite being flawed IMO one cannot deny he bust a gut for team GB but i DO remember (which you may not) Havelock saying he would never ride for Team GB when DJ was in charge.............hightly patriotic. As for being well respected, some like him some don't but the look on his face on Saturday night come 9pm was amusing, looked like he'd just swallowed a wasp
  2. If that is not arrogance I dont know what is.... er that is! But remember its only mine and diamond gems opinion
  3. To be fair you weren't a liar, you just handled it badly!
  4. A comment which to me GM sounds like a statement of a slightly 'superior attitude' if you dont mind me saying that is Sir. I think you'll find its this post originally two paragraphs long and posted at 12.26 amended at 12.53, 20 minutes later and missing some 40 odd words! with about 10 new ones thrown in no doubt when you'd realised what you'd written was rubbish and had a think Kind of ruins the spontaneous nature of our banter don't you think, i know you were up early but. I think other people have a problem with YOUR arrogance so i'll leave it to Diamond Gem to take up the baton whilst i go and give darling another push!
  5. Poor spelling is no excuse for completly deleting a post, try again!
  6. It's such a shame you can't banter properly I notice you have now amended 3 posts retrospectively! In fact one has disappeared entirely!! later edit....... mystifying! can you help? maybe you felt they were not good enough?
  7. I've just sent him to the front for the big push, sadly i'm giving it to you as well night night
  8. What a lovely warm glow that must give you. You are also so inept you came back with a second paragraph 10 minutes later However read your post again, "we in generally do not tell lies and 'cheat' in this country could be that you have so much of it in your home land you think that everyone is the same perhaps and you have a natural instinct to trust no ones word." could the phrase ..."you have so much of it in your homeland you think everyone is the same"....not imply you feel that Danes are cheats and "we in generally do not tell lies and 'cheat' in this country" inferring we are morally superior?
  9. are you technically inept or just removing your posts for the fun of it?
  10. i didn't say you did but one Dane doubting you doesn't make 1/ them all liars and cheats 2/ us morally superior
  11. People lie and cheat in this country all the time! Just visit any court of law and see for yourself. So you can drop the "we are superior attitude"
  12. See you feel better already "Are you sure these are real raisen's in this plum duff?" Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa (just this once!)
  13. we are moving off topic now but its the best scripted peice of british Comedy ever "Stand by your cannon sir!" at least we are always the world champions at comedy
  14. Proof you don't read things properly, its in the signature Not typing it twice
  15. Well Said Totally Agree With You "Oh how quickly the so called Team GB fans forget! Shelby,it's not the team GB fans that are forgetting.I for one will never forget or forgive, thats my perogative. It's just the Ipswich fans and Andersen sucker uppers coming out of the woodwork now it's quietening down and he's won something. They couldn't be seen anywhere after the world cup final.Disappointed in one or two others on this forum who like to call a spade a spade, where are they now ? all the bigshots, maybe's busy looking at other stuff to stir up as per usual. As said before to someone else who seems to excel at holding grudges, its called moving on in life, i'm not sure how old you are but I have been to, and seen enough sporting disasters / disappointments to make me all rather immune to it. No doubt you will claim that as defeatist but I am a successful in business and also have enjoyed a successful sporting career of my own, therefore watching other sports i do for enjoyment and don't take it SO to heart if my team / my country don't win. besides when there are wars in the world and problems galore in the rest of the country i tend NOT to get all pig headed and out of my pram over sport! Thats my perogative! Far TOO many other things in life to concentrate on, as i said at the time a few pints on a sunny day the day after the world cup i'd got over it, and after seeing a lot of the complete drivel written on here i had a good old laugh. Blunt enough for you? Thats the trouble, people are entitled to come on hear and moan about Hans but all you do-gooders are short in the brain when it came to the WC. It will take some people longer than others to forgive Hans. If I want to have a pop at him I will. Why, because I can. yeah right whatever! Unlike you I move on, don't like to have my life ruined by continually dragging up the past. No doubt in four years time you still be dragging this up. As for short in the brain, nope just not petty and small minded like so many others, its not forgiving, its not forgetting its just moving on. Yes you can take a pop at him cos you can, well done lucky you, but don't be surprised to find people in life who surprisingly DON'T share your opinions, and like me will argue just as forcibly against it. Afterall to quote someone else, what exactly did he do against this country?.... sell our nuclear secrets to the Russian's, murder a national treasure, increase income tax, poison the water system of a small Lincolnshire Village?? no i forgot he allegedly took money from the Swedes to deny us our rightful place as World Cup winners 2004 in a minority sport which hardly ever makes the headlines, and 95% of the country couldn't give a sweet Fanny Adams over! Now do realise just how ridiculous some of you lot appear, Agatha Christie couldn't come up with that plot, nevermind keep booing him this year and next and within a year or so people will come up and ask you "what on earth are you booing him for?" I've sat in crowds of 40,000 at Hillsborough (Sheff Wed) and witnessed the banal behaviour towards Beckham after he of course (please observe sarcasm here!) "singlehandedly got us eliminated from France 98" what was your opinion on that Undercover Elephant eh? Should he have been the scapegoat for England's failure against Argentina? Most of the country did it seems and then completed an amazing 360 to change their mind when he scored against Greece in the World Cup qualifier. peoples opinions in sport change VERY quickly. Eastbourtne fans were very quick to defend their rider Nicki pedersen after his ahem incident with Hancock, yet one little twerp tells me on MSN 60,000 people hate Andersen and the whole of eastbourne is gunning for him, yeah right mate keep taking the tablets!! Most people i speak to on MSN have reason and logic and seemed totally indifferent to all this. I think your the one VERY short in the brain department but nevermind, keep that unforgiving streak going, plenty more years left to hate eh?

  17. It's not a case of forgetting, simply moving on in life try it sometime!
  18. They always say that revenge is a dish best served cold! After the two weeks he's had, all the threats, negitivity and outright stupidity Han's has had the last laugh, which for me is poetic! Time finally to put all this to bed once and for all me thinks The tragedy about this win is that the people who hold him responsible for our failure to win the world cup will now take their anger to a higher level. As for for the twit who said nobody would want him next year, did you see Horton's comments!
  19. So we should forgive and forget then? People were going on about Maradonna's hand of god for far longer than a week after it happened you know. Goodness me are you still on about that, haven't you got over that one either Yet again IF England had played better they would have won the game! same principle applies really, we weren't robbed of the win then and we weren't robbed last week. Same people take things FAR too seriously!
  20. Taken from speedway star: Andersen CMA 8.49 Lindback CMA 8.54 Ok so a marginal difference, but by statistics Lindback is better, at the least he is Hans' equal so how is Hans better suited for the GP? He's had 2 seasons & failed to make a major impression both times - why not give Antonio a shot, he's also younger than Andersen too. Give him 2 seasons in the GP then compare who is better...I think Antonio would come out on top. As any Government minister will tell you statistics can be bent to prove everything What you fail to say in yours is that Andersen has ridden at number 1 all season for Ipswich whilst baby Lindback started at Reserve. Nevertheless he has a great chance to prove he is maybe better next year and I hope he makes the most of it so we can suffer the continued smugness from the South Coast It wouldn't be the same without SS's post before anybody gets out of their pram that comment is meant in a light hearted way.........seriously i expect he will do OK, no trees pulled up but if the GP's good enough for the Dryml Bros i fail to see why Lindback can't join in. PS SS DON'T FORGET TO UPDATE YOUR SIGNATURE!!
  21. So pray tell me the reasoning for you posting them up then, was free publicity for them? Was it to email them and offer your congratulations at his bronze medal?, Even if you claim not have intended people to email posting the list on THIS forum at that time was clear indication you wanted people to follow suit. I really can't be bothered to trawl back through your postings to nitpick for specific's but even if you didn't intend on a mass campaign by posting the list on the forum you were drawing attention to them and covertly encouraging others to follow! They may have jumped the gun, but YOU loaded it.
  22. just one final dig if i might be permitted SCB you've either had a massive change of heart or you've suddenly realised how stupid you were being last week, afterall weren't you the one who wanted us to email Han's Sponsors in attempt to make them drop him? You even went to great lenghts to tell us who they were and how to contact them, it's pity people like you didn't adopt your current attitude on Sunday and then maybe this whole sorry episode might not have escalated the way it did
