  1. Firstly, atb to Lewis and hopefully a speedy and full recovery, As regards Eastbourne, maybe as the draft has been "tweeked" so to speak this week, maybe now it would be right and proper to allow the likes of Birks/Roynon to be put on the list for an injury replacement such as this.
  2. I though that as well, IRR should have been used imo
  3. Really hope this is not true, but would not be a surprise unfortunately. The only thing is why would track staff be there today as no meeting till next week.
  4. I would have thought that as the ACU is the "federation" they get the allocation, it is known the bspa/scb do not want part of this series hence the, no facility to clubs who have riders competing in it. If what you say is correct, than that makes it far worse imo.
  5. So the Bspa/scb wont recognise the sec and will not submit riders like worrall/cook etc to compete and gain experience in a major championship, but the ACU will and gives one of its places to an aussie, absolutely ridiculous. I like the ftds and its a start. but we also need to be entering our own riders in this competition.
  6. You need to stop blaming the draft for signing the likes of klindt and sg. Your draft picks are no different to bv, leics, poole, Eastbourne or lakeside one providing the other not and I for one would rather see brit youngsters having a go than journeman foreigners such as the above.
  7. According to jon cooks words in lakeside pr on bspa website, poole will be visiting the hammers with darcy in the team
  8. Strange as Sheffield have just had one for proctor and last season Newcastle for tully thats 2 off the top of my head.pl yes but same rule.
  9. Will you think that way if some get there visas and ryan douglas doesnt
  10. Ok cheers. There is a window from expiry of visa some were too early and some after the window closes hence the problem.
  11. Dont get the 12 month gap, if thats true how come tungate, ward, woodward and so on are coming back .
  12. you say dont blame the promoters, but who voted it in, oh yes, the promoters! as i understand only 2 teams promotions voted against it.
  13. i have to gree there, so why cant you keep Dan and use a british 3 pointer.
  14. So as usual drop the brit for a foreigner, watch out charlie and paul
  15. Yes we know that I was referring to rebelwonderkids post
  16. Living in Manchester has not stopped josh signing for poole again
  17. i believe they are both assets of kings lynn so if both picked, then they will get priority (EL) im afarid. will be interesting to see if pl and el get together re fixtures some big headaches potentially.
  18. When I read the initial press release I did wonder how it would be done, now we can see it beggars belief, can someone explain why, the last two seasons have run to the wire time wise, already promoters are worried about doubling up clashes, , especially now it looks like el/bl gets priority, as someone else has mentioned why not run fours qualifiers on similar lines to the league cup, 4 groups 3 top tea.s go through so 4 teams in final, but make it full 1-7s.
  19. has a decision been made on race night yet as i thought they were possibly going to move nights.
  20. A very positive press release from Berwick promoters. Nice to see. Good luck in 2014
